This studio room was excellent. Located in downtown Gijon close to the harbour and historic centre, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. We appreciated the fan in the room and the little extras that were provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stop on the Camino for us.

Located in Cangas del Narcea in Asturias, Parador de Corias is set in an 11th century monastery. It offers an exhibition area including archaeological remains from the original structure. Everything it was perfect from the staff to the hotel. Absolutely outstanding!

Hotel Valle Las Luiñas is set on the Santiago de Compostela Pilgrimage Route and 2 km from San Pedro de la Rivera Beach. Rooms have a private balcony, flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The welcome, the food, and the cleanest. Think this was my favourite hotel on the camino. I highly recommend it.

Situated in the heart of Picos de Europa Mountains, in the small town of Cangas de Onís, Hotel La Cepada features free Wi-Fi and free private parking. room was very spacious and bathroom as well. comfy beds and room overall

This beautiful hotel is set in a restored convent dating from the 17th century, just off Sablón beach in the pretty village of Llanes. Location. Family run for many years , they knew how to do it and place was spotless. dinning room quite special, converted chapel, service excellent , efficient and fabada menu excellent value.

So everything is clean and undamaged. The decor is tasteful, the location is great. The hotel is built on an empty plaza that sits above a parking garage and mall - that in itself is not particularly inspiring. But it is just a few minute walk from Gascona, the main restaurant and sidreria street in Oviedo. The staff were all super friendly and gave us tips for what to do in the area. We took a nice walk up the hills around the town to see some of the pre-Roman churches there, which offered great views of the city as well.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and pretty, so pleasantly lit by those skylights. The gardens intrigue one to explore and relax. Above all the warm hospitality of the owners, Pilar and Hector, invite guests to stay and enjoy. Pilar also called around to find us a fabulous dinner. We stayed in two rooms, all of us wish we could have stayed longer.
