I marked facilities down as there is clear sign of electrical burning on the room electrical breakers and an unusedway was left uncovered this is a saftey hazard. That aside the staff were excelant, room was very conviently located at the harbour and it was clean and tidy. stayed one night as arrived after the last ferry.

Beautiful property, clean, comfortable rooms, friendly, accommodating staff. I have celiac and the manager walked me through the dinner and pointed out what I could eat and prepared part of my meal separately from the buffet. They also prepared a breakfast for me to take with me to the airport at 4:30 am. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Kos.

Everything was perfeeeect. The host picked me up from the airport cause I arrived at midnight and is a hell to find a taxi and he also drove me back to the airport FOR FREE!!!. The location is great, 10 minutes by car from the airport, 5 minutes by walk from the supermarket and the beach. The rooms are spacious, you have everything you need. Clean, quiet, perfect place to stay!

A pleasant seaside village but with more and more 'all -inclusive resorts' encroaching all the time. The locals still offer traditional shops and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
The port offers regular ferries to Pothia on Kalymnos, so if you fancy a change of island it's easily done.

Proper Greek village, not just a holiday place.
Proper Greek village, not just a holiday place. Quiet but with plenty of restaurants and bars, mostly overlooking the sea. Huge sandy beach which is never crowded. Half Time pool bar on the edge of the village is great if you want a change from the beach, or watch some sport. Good size pool. Great place for a relaxing holiday with very friendly people.

Nice, small village, quiet, with shops, markets with fresh goods, restaurants and cafes. It is great to sit and drink frape while looking at the sea :) You´ll find a typical greek cuisine as well as the "european" one here. As it is a small place, it is very easy to get around. Sometimes due to the northern winds the beach can be pretty windy, there are buses to the south or a car rental. The best place for a trip to Kalymnos island. Mastichari is for the greek lovers :)

Tiny resort but a great beach, pale soft sand, and some decent places to eat. Looks a bit tired in parts.
Apparently it’s often windy on the north side of the island, so sea was quite rough, but as we went late April we probably saw it at its worst.
Really close to the airport so nice quick transfer & we didn’t notice the planes at all during our stay.
Also only 15/20 mins drive to Antimachia Castle and other beaches.
We spent 2 nights here and it was enough as the weather wasn’t nice enough to sunbathe so we moved around the island.

Lovely sleepy fishing town turned mini tourist village without being too touristy. Beach was full of seaweed but not sure if that was a symptom of the end of the season. The bars and restaurants along the beach were lovely, and the little lanes of shops too.

Mastichari was a short ride by public bus from the Horizon Beach Resort where we were staying. The little town has souvenir shops and a very nice beach. It is a pleasant place to have a drink in one of the taverns along the beach.
Traditional House Marivilla is the most beautiful place we stayed at in Kos island and we highly recommend it! Lovely, quiet, with a big garden, three terraces, clean, sunny and airy, nicely furnished, you´ll find everything you need for a great holiday. Very comfortable mattresses in both bedrooms, spacious open plan living room, a lot of storage places. It is maybe 15 min walking distance from Mastichari with restaurants, shops and a ferry to Kalymnos island, a big supermarket is only 10 min away. We´ll definitely come back!
The food was good, there were also some lovely options for lunch. We liked the fact that instead of the pre-Covid buffet set up in hotels where customers could out food on their plates themselves, staff now served the customers. This seemed to create a more organised experience. It was amazing to have multiple pools to choose from and of course to have access to the sea. The grounds, pool areas and beach are well kept: lovely plants, trees and no rubbish anywhere. We also enjoyed the presence of the hotel cat!
We traveled solo with my friend and booked 5 nights in this hotel. The best decision we could have made, since everything was perfect and for an amazing price. Delicious food, nice staff, everything clean, nice rooms, great selection of coctails, beautiful beach for long walks, quick car rent within a few steps just like a bus stop. We walked around every morning and visited even the hotels nearby, you can basically do anything:)
The gym is small but it was enough for a short period of time.
very good hotel, friendly staff with excellent service, everything clean, comfortable rooms. the beach is not good, a lot of rocks, there is no internet in the room, you cannot connect, the food is also not good, if they improved their buffet and the internet in the rooms the hotel would be perfect
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Everyone were so very friendly and welcoming. Would return any time in the future. Very good local restaurants and handy location for visiting the nearby island. Good bus service to/from Kos town, which is delightful.
Lovely studio apartment, located right on the beach. The lady who looked after the apartments couldn’t do enough for us, and it was excellent value for money. Supermarket and bakery 5 minute walk away. Frequent buses to Kos town.
Wonderful views from the restaurant & bar and most rooms.
Attractive layout to the hotel, 3 pools, right on a small beach.
Great choice buffet breakfast. Also good at dinner, if you have to stay in. Friendly staff.
Great hosts and a great villa. Spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. Great outside area and pool. Vivi and Takis made sure we had the best stay possible. I would recommend them to anybody coming to Kos!
Very convenient location for beach and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well and there were excellent views from our balcony. The sunsets viewed from the balcony were memorable.
The place was really good, right next to the kitesurfing club and the beach, and the boat for the best climbing island in the world, kalymnos, highly recommend, the staff was amazing 🤩
I stayed there in mid-April and it was really quiet, it only takes a few minutes walk to the beach and bars. Sokratis is a very helpful host and serves good breakfast!
