Excellent breakfast, quick service. Santosh your employee was exceptionally good. Idli on day 1 was great but day 2 mediocre.
Fresh juice center was tugged deep inside. Didn't notice until I asked Santos your employee on day 2.

I believe India's fourth largest populous city, so it's huge. Liked the Tuk Tuk rides in crazy city traffic. The museums were good plus amazing Hindu temples. The general vibe of a large Indian city. Felt always safe.

Must visit. People are warm. Culture is open ended.
Must visit. People are warm. Culture is open ended. Malls especially amba is my all time favourite. Had food from mainly vegetarian restaurants. I would avoid taking taxi next time as public transport is still perfect in chennai. Getting around in taxi and auto is faster in this city. You can take a walk even in the night as people are respectful towards fellow human beings.

Beautiful place and nice people, though it was said, they only talk in Tamil, I found it incorrect coming from North India, they helped, in trains, taxi, Ola etc. Nice food. Good beaches, very good traveling measures, nice places around Chennai too.
Only it was hot for me...

Chennai is a surprisingly modern city in that its facilities and modes of transport are smooth and seamless. The metro is very convenient. The residents of Chennai, especially at their professions, have a pleasant professionalism and competence. While Chennai is warm, it isn't uncomfortably so.

Chennai is a huge, noisy, dirty city with horrendous traffic and very few tourist attractions. We only stayed there for a night at each end of our trip as we flew into and out of Chennai airport. I wouldn't bother spending any more time there than is necessary for transit to be honest.

Nice place with a good positive vibe & feel. Good food served.plenty of choices in Breakfast. I stayed with my family in a suit room..Room is very spacious. Well maintained, decorated. Housekeep did great job..they cleaned room Bath at their best daily..The receptionists very polite professional and helpful.i had stayed few luxurious chain hotel in Chennai.but all of them were crap rubbish..i Would surely visit this lovely hotel again during our further visits to Chennai..this hotel is a true example of excellent hospitality.
The moment I entered the hotel, it was nothing but a time shift back to the 1900s, it had 2 massive courtyards and the rooms were simply fabulous, I had taken a deluxe room with a private bathroom, and the bathroom was a huge one with a neatly maintained closet and floor. I spent a day inside Broadlands exploring multiple places inside (There is a lot more to explore). If you are visiting Chennai and want to stay at a great location with utmost peacefulness, then Broadlands is the place for you.
RR Mount Elite Suites is a great place to stay in Chennai! The room was absolutely amazing – very spacious, comfortable, clean, had a lot of natural light and everything you might need, including a kettle, tea and coffee, water bottles, cupboards, good WiFi, etc. The AC worked well too and staff members have all been very kind and helpful! The hotel is just a 3 min walk from LIC metro station, and you can easily get Uber rides from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again!
when I was 15 years boy my father took me to savera hotel for the first time and to attend a function. To show my wife the surroundings i took her after 45 years to see the grand old master in hospitality business in chennai. though property is a very huge in terms of lobby, restaurants, parking some have the property failed to impress me especially the rooms wore a pale look. furniture is simple than budget hotel and a low lying cot ay add the complaints list.
Hotel Grand Residence located in the Porur area of Chennai is a nice clean comfortable hotel. It is not a luxury hotel (there aren’t too many luxury hotels in Chennai anyhow) but a nice hotel in its own accord. Look this hotel is safe especially for a western traveller. Their onsite restaurant is good. I actually stayed for over 3 weeks. As far as pricing, their walk-in rates are cheaper. Book for a day and negotiate a better price for an extended stay.
After some confusion about the shuttle service (we took it to mean car both from and to the airport) we were very pleased with the car service to the airport. This is included in the price of the room making it great value for money. The pick up from the hotel was prompt and the driver got us to Chennai Airport quickly and safely. He was helpful in directing us where to go once we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.
Arun Poli the chef was great, he has magic I his hands a simple aloo gobi with adrak tasted like amrtham, just the right amount of spice!
The Manchow soup was irresistable.
My cousin Hari a local was really impressed despite having eaten in several of the 5* hotels in Chennai!!!
Mayank from Indore and Devyani Roy (the Fuji brat) from Jabalpur both are excellent friendly and very helpful staff
I book rooms in Chennai for my clients. And the service at this hotel is amazing. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making my guests comfortable, the staff are so nice and helpful. Special mention to Ms. Pratibha. The rooms were well-maintained, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished and equipped. Enjoyed the food at breakfast.
Exceptional service by all the staff at Taz Kamar
Mathi took care of all my needs making my stay in chennai a very pleasant one . Ranjithas care and service was excellent too.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends . Fantastic restaurant the food was simply amazing
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at the Sheraton Chennai Hotel, Room no. 118. My stay, which took place from 23 Aug 2023 to 25 Aug 2023], was far from satisfactory, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention
We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay a lot! The location close to the railway station is perfect, our room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend staying there while visiting Chennai!
Very cleaned and luxurious hotel in Chennai. The staffs are very nice and smiled always. Rooms are good size. There is no complaint in anything while I was in the hotel with my wife. Easy access to everywhere in the city from this hotel. Superb.
Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, all facilities were good and all requests were fullfilled ala minute. Receptionist Selva, room attendant Pandiyan were very helpfull. Would surely stay in same hotel next time when we visit Chennai.
Leela Palace Chennai was an exceptional hotel. The location, ambience, facilities and service levels were brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel as the preferred choice when visiting Chennai.
