I have spent like an hour to search for the right property, and after went to the location, they said the booking.com as given very low price for them, and they have to give me another room but not same property where are already booked.
one guy came, and he picked me and went to another location And again he asked me for ₹500 extra which I was agreed to pay and paid to the room from the different location, but they were not providing any of the service like what it supposed to be provided as the regular management service.
And sent it was too late. I have decided just to take the sleep and leave has it’s not worth to continue find another place to stay.

The hotel is in a terrible shape and the.service is even worse. The photos are misleading. Dirty cups and kettle left outside the room by the previous guest was not picked up until many hours after we checked in. The bed linen were dirty and we had to make multiple requests for the sheets to be changed. There was no drinking water given to us despite multiple requests. The room had insects and mosquitoes and no repellent was available. The bathroom taps did not have any water when we arrived around 2:30 pm. There was a lot of noise, doors banging and people shouting in the corridors, the entire night. A total nightmare! Thank goodness we checked out in a day.

Stayed for nine days as we were backpacking and needed a litt!e R and R.
Found the roads very busy with drivers and riders going too fast , a few traffic calming measures really need putting in place.
Plenty of places to eat or just have a drink and the beach was always lively at night.
Still budget friendly places to stay if you are prepared to knock on doors and do a bit of walking and haggling.
Favourite places to eat for us were Savios , Roof Top and Johnncys, all turning out great food .

We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days at Azaya. The food at these resorts and other establishments was superb. The beaches are quiet and the sunsets are perfect. We were told by those who had stayed in North Goa and then stayed in South Goa would now only stay in South Goa going forward as the beaches were quieter.

There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk serving a variety of cuisines, Indian, Thai, Italian, continental. The price of eating out with a drink is about a quarter of UK prices. Beer about £1.50, Run £2.20 for .75Lrt bottle. Several supermarkets and Wine Shops to get food & drink to consume in the apartment. Tuk Tuk ride to the beach about £1,10. On the beach the sun beds are free if you buy drink and food from their shack.

Excellent food ! Very good sea front property !
We stayed for just 1 night as we were attending a family function elsewhere.
Initially we booked for a nights stay but our experience at The Beach House Goa left us wanting more.
The staff at check in was effortless, chocolates in the room. Also we opted for a wonderful dinner by the stars outside on the sea front platform. Well worth the price paid and definitely worth a repeat visit.
If you like a simple but comfortable hut with a gorgeous beachfront restaurant facing onto a clean, quiet stretch of lovely Benaulim beach, Blue Corner is perfect. We picked 'deluxe' with aircon as hot in April; bed and pillows were very comfy and room quiet at night. All the staff were efficient and helpful, arranging a taxi etc for our early start to the station. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.
The owner was very nice and approaching person. Domnic and Benicia were very helpful, friendly and one of the nicest people I came across. The location is excellent and they convenient for grocery, general shopping and the beach is very close. I found very good and comfortable here and I will definitely not hesitate for anyone to come and stay at J & B holiday homes- 1A Adsulim Benaulim Salcete Goa India.
Above the expectations. Minria (Menino and Maria) together have created a home for you away from home. We at first were skeptical but then we reached and we got the best 4 days of our stay in Benalulim. Very considerate, caring and family like hosts who will never say a no to your requirements. This has been by far the best experience we have had in Goa. Thank you MinRia for the wonderful hospitality.
Excellent Homestay. One will not regret once u enter. Everything is provided here. Host will not give u a chance to complain or ask anything. Cheaper, economical, Valuable, Sparkling clean. If u r looking for nearest to beach then this is the best homestay. the only property after Taj Exotica which has beach access through the property is Elegance By The Beach Goa , Truly By The Beach Stay ..
We liked the premium sea view room. Great view, comfy bed, ample space, front lawn, fabulous bathroom and impeccable housekeeping, proximity to beach was a perfect bonus. Ample greenery and lush lawns, long walking trails, beach proximity were all cherry on the cake. Perfect late monsoon weather with sporadic rains provided a most unique experience of Goa.
Rooms are extremely clean and Merino is a superhost, he would make sure that your stay is comfortable. Location is close to Benaulim beach and a very quiet, green and safe vicinity. Host also gave us an early check-in and a late check-out. I'd surely stay here again when I visit south Goa.
Beautiful property with great service and pool. Located in very quite part of South Goa. Few minutes to benaulim beach and local markets.
Staff is brilliant, specifically Akash and Sonam at the restaurant. Very enthusiastic and always reach to help and make your stay even better.
It was a very pleasant stay and felt like home. The host was super polite and very helpful. The property has all the amenities including a fridge, washing machine, utensils, gas. There is a proper parking space provided. If you're in South Goa, a stay here is a must
The flat is in a peaceful locality close to Benaulim beach, Colva beach and Varca beach.
15-20 minutes from the Madgoan railway station.
We reached the flat at 4.30 AM and keys were made available and team was helpful and available on calls through out our stay.
The hotel staff was courteous, location very near to the peaceful Benaulim beach, just 2 mins walk to the beach, Service was also good, Nice place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in South Goa.
Excellent house, prime location near beach, walking distance. Excellent people around. They help also in arranging car for our travel. Highly recommended.
The location, nearest to the beach and Ambience at the resort.
Cottage alloted was under maintenance, so the staff alloted another cottage immediately.
