I have never been more impressed with the staff at any other Italian accommodation.. Larissa was a fabulous hostess at our breakfast every morning. Marco and Allesandro and Manfred were the most incredible waiters seeing to our every need. The food surpassed our expectations. The love and precision that went into the reconstruction of this 10th century village is phenomenal. The area is a bit remote, but well worth the adventure.

Magnificent hotel with a lot of greenery to have a little freshness. The hotel park is a marvel, with its small streams. Staff at the top, ready to help and very helpful. Restaurant at the top to serve superb dishes with wonderful Italian wines. Swimming pool very well with also places in the shade of these beautiful trees. This magnificent monument has been superbly transformed in order to have superb rooms and very beautiful halls. I can only recommend this hotel.
Beautifully located old convent in the Umbrian hills. Piece and quiet in the garden and hotel that is decorated with design classics.
Stay for dinner in the restaurant and make sure to follow the suggestions of Maximiliano and Erica. They are the stars of the restaurant pampering all the guests and making sure you have a great evening.
We’d love to go back. Highly recommended.
Cheers, Robert and Leen from Antwerp.
Room was amazing! Very spacious, perfectly clean and everything you need.
No aircon, however widows open fly screens in place we had VERY comfortable sleeps.
Medieval feel of location was a dream. BEAUTIFUL restoration of town.
The whole town is the hotel with small amount of privately owned properties.
Stunning.
Pool was comfortable but a short walk down from town. Views were great.
The appartment turned out to be a lovely little holiday home with a good view. Well equipped kitchen and wifi excellent. After the beautiful, but very touristy towns of Assisi and Spoleto, we really enjoyed our stay in Sellano, a "normal" town. Good walking trails in the area. There are 2 grocery shops nearby. The host is very helpful, he picked us up from the next village.
Staggeringly beautiful rural location, and beautiful hotel. Staff seemed a little confused as if they were all new but were kind and seemed to be doing their best. Unfortunately I was unwell so unable to enjoy the stay to the fullest.
The room was enormous and extremely well appointed. Bathroom a particular highlight.
It was so peaceful and serene and quite possibly the most scenic Padel court in the world. It was convenient for some great hikes in the local area. The staff were great and we enjoyed the hospitality provided in the restaurant, the local Amaro was great. It also isn’t every hotel that has spring water literally on tap.
Unique location. The monastery, the gardens, the views, all wonderful. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were the only guests in the hotel that evening and they opened the restaurant especially for us! Dinner was excellent.
An old castle thoughtfully restored into a unique hotel. The view is unbelievable. There is a very good gourmet restaurant in the hotel as well. Staff is lovely and warm.
Beautiful rural hotel with big garden, swimming pool, various chairs / sunbeds in the sun or in the shade.
Breakfast and dinner were both very good.
Quiet place.
