Lipa Noi is beautiful. Definitely the more reserved part of the Island but if you want a night out there are a few areas about 20-30 mins away by moped or their Grab car service. One of these areas was Fishermans village about a 30 min moped ride. Tons of Restaurants and shopping right on the beach.
Closer ti the resort was the
Great area if you prefer a nice mix of relaxation and fun on your vacations
People are so friendly and accommodating.

When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to experience the wonderful sunsets. In Nathon theres a street food market everyday. You need a motorbike to get around Koh Samui. June Thai food is very good and authentic cuisine, Chill-Inn beach café is nice to hang out. Lipa Lodge is great to stay. Visite the close Na Muang Waterfalls.

We stayed in a great villa at Nikki Beach but I would only stay there again if I was attending the beach club on a Sunday. Food was very disappointing with only 6 Thai dishes on the menu and a very limited choice for dining. The cost was very much higher for everything than other hotel offering much better food, drinks and service. No one at Nikki stood out in a positive way whereas at The Lipa Lodge Beach Resort Resort the food was great, staff were superb especially Peter Pan. Also at the Sea Valley Dada was great. We had a wonderful meal on the beach there too.

Please note, this is an area to chill out. If you are looking for night clubs expect a 45 minute taxi journey and 800 to 1000 batt.
Great beach and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants.
Take mosquito repellant or buy at the nearest FamilyMart or SevenEleven.

On the good side, it's very quiet.
On the good side, it's very quiet. On the bad side, it's very quiet. It's lovely for a few days but if we'd stayed there longer we would have been bored out of our minds.
The location is unbeatable; we had unforgettable sunsets and beautiful breezy mornings every day we were there.
Prices of food and drinks tend to me much higher than over in Chaweng, unless you venture a little off the beaten trail to find restaurants that the locals frequent.

Sea Valley Lipa Noi is good basic accomodation, clean, great location & the staff could not have been more helpful. We attended a wedding in a villa a few doors away so ideal location for us! Gorgeous sunset dinner on the beach in front of the resort with live music !!
The pool was amazing, huge spacious pool that we enjoyed using everyday of our stay and was set back from the other kid pool and beachfront where everyone was sunbathing etc which we appreciated the quiet. It was never used as well tbh, so we thoroughly enjoyed having that to ourselves. The view on the beachfront was quite special too. We are situated along from Kaew Thai Food family run shop and restaurant which was incredibly cheap but amazing value for money, they were wonderful and will miss them.
Everything are superb. Property is super luxury & located in the private beach, quiet and clean.
if you live the property and think it s the best but all the staff there are fantastic, best, very helpful, friendly, lovely. Khun Rung, Pey, Eed and Fon are perfect staff.
there is none or not even any small thing I could complain.
everyone in my family 11 persons are all day this is the best experience in our traveling trips. highly recommend to anyone who want to go to Samui.
Villa had private pool and although small, had a waterfall feature. Staff were very attentive and were on hand at any moment via LINE app. Breakfast was decent with some thai dishes which is unlike the majority of hotels that cater to a western palette. Hotel was right on the beach and therefore had direct access. It's also a very beautiful walk through the hotel gardens onto the beachfront.
We only stayed at this hotel for one night and we thought that was such a shame. This place is absolutely beautiful. The gardens and beach are so pretty and well maintained, and there is a lot of thought for detail. The Vila itself was amazing, enormous and equipped with anything we needed. People at reception were really nice and helpful.
this place is amazing!!! I’ve been travelling through Vietnam and Thailand and this is by far the most lovely and nicest hotel I’ve stayed in !!! the staff are amazing and so so helpful, the facilities, the beach the restaurant, the pool EVERYTHING. this place is insane, have loved every minute
We had a beachfront room and enjoyed the wonderful sunsets due to the westside orientation. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Good food choice that we enjoyed when it was raining and therefore could not eat outside the hotel. Beautiful garden and atmosphere. The room was super clean.
We liked that it was right on the beach and this particular beach (Lipa Noi beach) is very calm so it was super convenient to just head out to the beach and back to the room to freshen up. Staff are super friendly and kind. They do their best in spite of the obvious shortage of staff.
Perfect place to stay in Koh Samui, you will find everything you need in the accomodation at fair price.
The location is in the nature in a quite area.
What makes the place special is the owner Anjar, always smiling, friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended!!!
The proximity (and privacy) of the beach to the villas (we were in room 206).
Staff were friendly (aside from the person running the show which I will get to later).
Yoga at the property is a great option - although we didn’t partake.
Very peaceful.
The beach is right there, yes sometimes there are boats by the beach but it doesn’t bother you to meet the beautiful sunrises 🌅
Rooms are very cozy, and comfortable , some of them have a wooden bath 🛁
very nice swimming pool, nice village around with all conveniencies and good restaurants. Lipa Noi area is calmer and cheaper than other parts of the island, with very nice sunsets.
Private yard with private pool, sea shore just a two minute walk from villa. And there’s a great restaurant “Mango tree” 100 meters from the hotel. Calm and not overcrowded place.
