"Family" room on the beach had super nice beach view, strong aircon and WiFi, came with mat (appreciated) and broom and other essentials. We were there for about 20 hours starting about 4pm and didn't hear ANY music or other sounds, just lovely ocean waves (and occasional bark from many dogs that live on the beach). Contrast that with the northern Thong Nai Pan beach, which unfortunately has annoying loud live and recorded music. Soft white sand beach.

Location - it was like a dream.
Location - it was like a dream. And they had a broom right outside our door so when the inevitable sand was tracked into our room, we could clean it up. We never ate in the restaurant so I can't say how it was, but the other options nearby were excellent. If you're staying longer than 3 nights and want to see more than just the hotel and its surroundings, you'll want to rent a scooter.PhilGermany

Very quite and peaceful place, nice mountains view from outside seating area. At the time of our stay (March 2024) we could even see the sunset straight from the villa. The property is well-equipped, comfy and clean, wifi is great. There was regular (once in a 4 days) rooms and pool cleaning. The pool is nice and clean and water was of a pleasantly cool temperature. A 2 minute walk to the wonderful Koh Maa beach in my opinion (and I've traveled to Thailand for years) this area is the best in Koh Phangan. Local village, no commercial anything! No people! No noise! Incredible clean white sand beach, cleanest water around and amazing snorkeling. There are also a few restaurants and small shops outside the hotel if you don’t want to leave the resort, I think over the 8 hotels we’ve been to this one wins! Even though it wasn’t the most expensive one. Highly recommend!

Raymond and Dar are such wonderful , helpful, friendly people and are perfect being at reception to greet guests. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. Large bathroom with a hot shower that had good pressure. Aircon was very powerful. My boyfriend enjoyed relaxing in the hammock on the terrace.
