Location - it was like a dream. And they had a broom right outside our door so when the inevitable sand was tracked into our room, we could clean it up. We never ate in the restaurant so I can't say how it was, but the other options nearby were excellent. If you're staying longer than 3 nights and want to see more than just the hotel and its surroundings, you'll want to rent a scooter.PhilGermany

Bonus feature - sleeping with the open balcony instead of using AC at night, just need to have mosquito repellent The on-site restaurant is a bit short on quality/selection of local food and slow on service, BUT serves amazing deep fried banana and deep fried icecream (yes!) Very good sunset spot (bar 420) is 5-7 mins scooter ride away, though uphill

Very quite and peaceful place, nice mountains view from outside seating area. At the time of our stay (March 2024) we could even see the sunset straight from the villa. The property is well-equipped, comfy and clean, wifi is great. There was regular (once in a 4 days) rooms and pool cleaning. The pool is nice and clean and water was of a pleasantly cool temperature. A 2 minute walk to the wonderful Koh Maa beach in my opinion (and I've traveled to Thailand for years) this area is the best in Koh Phangan. Local village, no commercial anything! No people! No noise! Incredible clean white sand beach, cleanest water around and amazing snorkeling. Even though it wasn’t the most expensive one. Highly recommend!

Accommodation was less than a 5 minute walk to Mae Haad Beach. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. Large bathroom with a hot shower that had good pressure. Aircon was very powerful.
