Ko Muk is a very nice and quiet island (non-touristic). The locals are very very nice and kind. I really enjoyed my time there, especially the food!!
You can go to the Pearl Beach on sunrise and to the Charlie Beach on sunset time. The sunset there is really amazing.
There's no cars in the island, only moto-taxis, and you can rent a scooter or a bicycle to explore.
There is ATM if you need cash (you will definitely).

An untouched island - no seven eleven etc, this feels like authentic Thailand and is gorgeous.
A real paradise and chance to relax and recharge.
I wish I had booked to stay for longer.
The locals are so lovely and friendly, plenty of wonderful places to eat. An abundance of fresh seafood and delights.
This is not a party scene place which is great.
Easy to get around as small- I hired a bicycle, but taxis are 50baht per person per journey.
Location right on the beach with the breeze from the sea. The small bungalows are now under renervation and ours was. Interior now innerwalls of osb, a little place for wardrobe kettle fridge well done electricity and AC + hot water. Nice trees along the shorline perfekt for hammoks. ABF included.
Still the Thailand we remeber from earlier days.
Charlies resort now gone totaly not a sign of anything. Not a piece left. Instead some small tentresturants have a spot overthere with chairs for those who wants to see the spectakular sunset.
We loved the property super cute and many areas to relax. We stayed 2 nights at this property unfortunately they were booked up so the second night we switched rooms and stayed in the bungalows. Those were a fun and unique experience. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, we loved that we could just charge everything to the room and pay at the end made it a more enjoyable experience. We rented scooters from the resort and toured the island, we were thinking after we left we should have stayed a couple more days.
lovely bungalows, beautiful breakfast (best we had in Thailand) great cocktails, really unique experience on a beautiful Thai island. The owners are very lovely (very good English) and take the time to chat and give you lots of local knowledge. This was one of the best experiences we had while island hopping in Thailand. We also had the special dinner option they provide which was an incredible feast of local dishes, best food we’ve had in Thailand.
Very cute rooms right on the ocean. Having the patio door open to the ocean breeze was amazing. Cute little patio to watch the tide roll in and out.
Family owners were extremely friendly, and very helpful. Offered welcome gift of beers, and provided breakfast even though it was not advertised.
Located in a cool piece of authentic Thailand, yet still close to all things on the island. Two great restaurants next door with cheap delicious Thai food.
Great location, 5 minutes from the pier. Jackie and the rest of the staff were wonderful as well as the restaurant, "Alin Kitchen" serving great meals. The room was clean. Also, I needed to renew my tourist visa at Trang while in Koh Mook, the hotel used a great agency for pick up( tuk tuk, ferry) in Koh Mook and drop off at the immigration at Trang (taxi), and back to the hotel. The service was fantastic.
Very close to the pier and near the best beach on Koh Mook (Sivalai Beach). Convenient for almost all the restaurants. If you are planning to visit Koh Mook and you can't afford Sivalai Beach Resort, then you should stay here. The owner could not have been more helpful and gave us fresh fruit every day. Very comfortable bed with 4 comfortable pillows. Lovely view of the garden.
The rooms are spacious and the mini pool is really comforting. We also found the staff to be really helpful, and they even vegan-ized the breakfast for us which was quite delicious. You can easily catch the sunrise from the resort, and wouldn't hear any traffic noises or loud music as it's located far from the main parts of the island.
Love the location it’s right by the main walking street of Koh Mook. Also it is very close to the pier. Location of the hotel is on a beach so we could have breakfast overlooking the sun rising from the horizon. Couldn’t have asked for more. Their happy hour is also very inexpensive.
Everything. 4 Bootles of water, tea and coffee provided everyday. Location. The family is lovely. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Good value for money. Jesse arranged a tour to Koh Kradan to snorkel and the Emerald green caves. It was amazing. Best tour. Certainly recommend.
Medium PRICE-PERFORMANCE ratio, friendly and very accommodating staff, fast Wifi, location directly at the beach,
nearly no infrastructure around hotel, the beach was not suitable for swimming as the water level is very low - good swimming only on the other side at charly beach
Su and John are the best hosts we've come across. Ko mook is epic and they did everything possible to make our stay a success. Great banter, nothing too much trouble, bikes for hire, close to great eateries. We will 100% be back there. Loved every minute
Great location 5 min walk from sunset beach. And close to lots of restaurants and bars (lots for koh muk) it takes about half an hour to walk to from the main pier but they will organise tuktuk transfer for you. Lovely breakfast - I had the pancakes
Very comfortable rooms and attentive staff with free shuttle to any of the sights on the island you might want to visit. While I don't usually look for western food in Thailand, the pizza at this resort was quite good!
Because this place is not walking distance to town where most bars/restaurants are, it would be great if the resort could make lunch and dinners available (only breakfast is available) as well as drinks.
The place is really nice and super quiet. Breakfast was the best I had during my stay in Thailand, the lady at the reception was really friendly and sweet and she has the cutest dog ever
Bell, the owner, and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a detailed map about all cool location of the island at check-in.
Great food at the accommodation.
The owners ! Sweetest of all , super helpful.. service 10 out of 10
You can rent scooters here for good price
Big private room protected key and best location in ko muk imo
