Dong Hoi has some beautiful beaches by the resorts, but there really isn't much else going on. There seemed to be 1-2 streets where you could shop or buy things, and there was no nightlife. Caves are really a great attraction to visit in Vietnam! In addition to the caves and nature, we enjoyed the river view and walking along the river. We visited the other side of the river where the locals live in small picturesque houses.

Allthough hotel don't give breakfast, there is a kichen you can prepare your breakfast. Kichen have a refrigater and a water heater. Room is clean and big, Tovels and sheets are clean. In hotel, everthing is new. WIFI is good.
