The beach is nice just in front of the hotel- in the other areas, it's dirty and not well maintained. The restaurants are just in the hotels and very expensive. I would prefer to stay in a hotel close to a village so I could have so more options of food/ activities.

The Cam Ran Resort was a unique experience I would recommend...
The Cam Ran Resort was a unique experience I would recommend to everyone who would like to relax and enjoy life. From the A-Z the service was spot on and all services have been a solid 10 from 10. With the location setting and the daily Yoga classes I was able to recover from a long and hectic year in only 7 days. The variety on Food reaches from Western (US/European) to local Viet Cousin, everything on a level that it authentic, which you find rarely. I have stayed for 7 days straight in the Resort and have not missed anything. Reading on the beach was as joyful as watching Ghibli Movies in the Resorts own Cinema as listening to the band play at night in the Restaurant. Strengthening the local community with work and supporting artist, you feel a true happiness people bring towards you. Something I have not experienced before. Overall I would rate the Resort/Hotel one of the best stay I have had in my entire life.

Cam Rahn is more of a locality than a tourist town centre. Adjacent to the international airport and on a well built highway travel in the area is simple and safe with both taxi and Grab services available. Travel to places of interest is straightforward. The beach strip offers a number of 5 star hotel options. Cam Rahn has a long history as a port of national significance. A picturesque coastal highway provides easy access to the vibrant tourist city of Nha Trang with its railway station and host of historic attractions ; Pagoda and Cham Towers, 7-12 C

Apart from walking along the beach we stayed in the Movenpick resort and did not explore the area. As we were there to relax we did not need anything more. The restaurants at the resort served great food by friendly staff. We used taxis to get from and to the airport. They were always available within minutes and cheap. When we visit HCMC again we will defenitely go to Cam Ranh for a relaxing break.RobertUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

It’s super nice area. Water in the sea blue color. However it’s a fishing village so some beaches are occupated by boats. Also some areas in construction. But in general it’s still beautiful and worth visiting for 1,2 days
