If you want to get the best out of Ronda visit attractions...
If you want to get the best out of Ronda visit attractions early in the day as the town gets packed with coach parties from 11 am.
You need 2 nights to get the most out of the city with a day in the old town.
You need to watch out for pickpockets in busy areas they usually work in gangs of 3 men with 2 stopping in front of a person so you can get past them with the third trying to get wallets and pursues the police know this goes on but look the other way so they do not get involved

Ronda is very much worth visiting.
Ronda is very much worth visiting. It has extremely beautiful views and a very interesting history.
But as a well known tourist magnet it is also very touristic. Get up early a clear morning and try to have the views for yourself. When the daily tourist buses arrive from the coast you will have to cruise among large groups of people.
Ronda is actually very much worth staying a few nights. They have excellent hotels, even the not so expensive ones. There are also many good restaurants.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished with kitchenette and a pleasant view of the square. We spent a significant amount of time gaining access to it alongside time spent completing payment. There were language difficulties which took time to resolve. We recommend that the owner looks at simpler ways of receiving payment.
The apartment is a long walk from the town centre and it was very difficult to find. We recommend that the owner gives simple information on its whereabouts alongside the booking confirmation, and with a clear map to assist. We also recommend that payment be made through the Booking.com's website.

Amazing historic town.
Amazing historic town.
We traveled during low season in early February and it was very comfortable walking around, but I can see it might be busy during high season. Some shops and restaurats were closed, but there was still a lot to choose from.

Ronda holds a nice mix of modern and old.
Ronda holds a nice mix of modern and old. We found a fabulous wine bar just as we hit the main road which served excellent sherry, wine and port. We also visited local Spanish bars which were busy and buzzing and it was nice to experience a different culture. There were plenty of shops so retail therapy was indulged. As it was between Xmas and New Year, there were special extra activities, especially for children. The weather was great but you definitely needed your 'big-coat' in the evening. During the day it was warm and sunny. Blends of historic buildings and modern restaurants. All the locals were friendly. All in all, we loved it and will definitely visit again. Especially for the view of the famous bridge, which was magnificent.
This is the best hotel we stayed in while we were visiting Spain. It was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. The room was comfortable and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What stood out the most to us was the staff, especially Pablo. Pablo went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and we cannot thank him enough, he is one of the nicest people we have ever met while traveling and we are very grateful to have met him and to have gotten to stay at this hotel. 100% recommend and thank you again Pablo! :)
We loved our stay at Hotel La Fuente de La Higuera. It’s a beautiful property renovated by the family overlooking the valley of olive trees, wineries and villas giving a tranquil feeling the moment you drive in. Our room was very large with a beautiful king bed and private terrace overlooking the pool and view. We ate dinner and breakfast at the property and was very good form the wine and cocktails to the food. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway or stay in the Ronda area particularly for couples.
This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Spain. The hosts were in contact soon after booking and provided itinerary suggestions for our time there. There was parking available and early check-in was accommodated. The rooms were on the small side but scrupulously clean. The common areas had a relaxing ambience. Breakfast was included and to be looked forward to - a peaceful affair on the terrace; a place that was also lovely to read on during the day. We would certainly stay again
Anahid is a wonderful host and has a big part in our nice experience in Ronda. She will make sure you get the most out of your time in Spain with great tips (not only for Ronda but for Andalucía as a whole!) and personal attention. The place itself is also very nicely done and has an authentic feel. The bed is comfortable and it was very clean. The location is perfect, close to everything yet also quiet at nighttime.
The hotel itself is incredibly charming. I booked the presidential suite and loved the gigantic hot tub, spacious living quarters, and the fact that the room had a refrigerator. The staff were super-friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great too. The location is perfect - only one minute on foot to the Puente Nuevo and a few minutes walk to the rest of old town Ronda. I would definitely stay there again.
Modern, clean, accommodating and welcoming hotel with a winning location in the center of things. Rooms, shower and beds are all great. Fantastic team that beyond being welcoming (over a 3 weeks trip in Spain here we felt welcomed the most) has really raise the ante in solving problems and making things work for us. Breakfast is great as well. One of the best hospitality experiences we have had.
Wonderful hotel on the edge of the gorge overlooking the valley and mountains surrounding Ronda. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and nicely decorated. Services were great with a bar/cafe and full service restaurant. Best was the pool area with a large pool, and 2 smaller pools to enjoy the expansive views. 5 min walk to the center, made this an ideal location for our stay in Ronda.
The apartment was neat and clean and had everything we need for a our stay of 4 people. It was comfortable, close to downtown and the responsible for the place are lovely and helpful, even sending me a forgotten charger while I was still in Spain (at my expenses of course). It’s hard to park in the street, but I know there’s a parking lot nearby. So not a big issue. Totally recommend it!
My experience with this hotel was lovely! Special thanks to the girl at the reception, who gave me useful information about the place which should be visited in Ronda (except the bridge) and I was really happy to see that place!
The hotel is stylish and cozy. My room was with view on the bridge (it was windy at night and that's why a little bit noisy, but it didn't spoil my impression).
I recommend Arunda I hotel very much. My staying was very pleasant, the room was comfortable and the staff 10 of 10, smooth check in process, and in general a excellent place to stay in Ronda. In a more personal way I arrived very late due to delays with my flight, and I was received and attended with a smile and quality service under this circumstance. Thank you very much.
The Montelirio Hotel is perfectly situated in the city center of Ronda. One can easily and quickly walk to most of the attractions and the main shopping/dining areas in town. The heated towel racks and heated floors in the bathroom were a nice addition. We drove to Ronda and the hotel was very helpful on parking our car and having it available when needed.
Situated just next to the newer of the two old bridges, the Hotel Don Miguel enjoys one of the best locations in Ronda, walkable to shops, restaurants, parks and many tourist sights. We reserved a Twin Room with a Terrace and Puente Nuevo view, one of the most famous in all of Spain. You pay a premium for it.
Stayed here twice now and will continue to return. A beautiful boutique hotel in the surrounding Hola to Ronda. Stunning grounds with a lovely pool, rooms full of Spanish finca charm…and the staff are so helpful and charming. A must stay at hotel, thanks to Christina!!!
Some really nice touches like a bottle of wine left for our arrival and some pastries for morning breakfast made this place really stand out. The apartment itself was spotless and is one of the best we have stayed in on our travels around Spain .
This was our second time at the hotel. It is a quite spot within a short distance to Ronda. The dinner at the hotel is excellent. The food is delicious. The breakfast is lovely too. It is a good place to go to hang out at the pool and relax.
The restaurant serves possibly the best meals in Spain. Simply delicious.
The location is very quiet and very close to Ronda, and very easy to find. No problems parking. Great artworks and decor. And the largest bed I've ever slept on.
Fabulous hotel in Ronda. A little bit out of the town centre in a spectacular location. Our room had an absolutely AMAZING view from the balcony. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Classic hotel room-no more, no less. Very kind staff, super helpful and generous. Five blocks away from ronda center + bus station, about 7 blocks away from train station.
