Polychrono is a lovely village with one of the nicest promenades in halkidiki, with a great variety of places to eat and drink - many with tables on the beach itself. Lovely atmosphere - relaxed and friendly. Great for families and couples who enjoy spending their evenings walking the promenade, a nice meal and chilling with a drink or two in beautifully decorated bars. Much better beaches to be had in halkidiki, but polychrono beach is typical of many town beaches in halkidiki. You definitely need a car to explore the area - afitos was nearby and is a stunning village and makes for a great evening out. The place is perfect for a family vacation with small kids, it is quiet, the beach and water are perfect, and there are several markets close by wherever your apartment is located. Doctor of Hunger is a great place to eat at. :)

Kitchen has a large refrigerator with large freezer, stovetop, plenty of plates and kitchenware. The room has AC unit and a nice large enough teras. Do not expect hotel services, because there are none: no bedclothes change and no cleaning during your stay, but you can do the cleaning yourself, there is a mop and broom. To be fair, also the price is not that of a hotel, so at the end, it is good value for the money.Gaspar EvaRomania

Unfortunately we didn't ask her name but she will always be in our memories and heart. ❤️
