Could walk into Dunblane. The area was very nice and we felt safe.
Loved the shower room. Whilst this property is small it is well planned and adequate.
The property was what we expected and suitable for a couple.

On arrival at the Colessio, the staff member was exceptionally helpful (Lyndsay) as were the staff members at breakfast. The Deluxe Double Room was large, airy, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our drinks in the evening in the bar and the breakfast area was really nice.

This is the second time we have stayed at Cromlix but the first since 2019 and the new renovations. The decor and ambience have really improved the hotel. The rooms are luxurious with everything you could possibly need. The toiletries in the bathroom were so nice my wife ended up purchasing them from reception when we left. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We took the opportunity to walk the grounds and lake in our Barbour wellies as it was raining! Brollies and Wellingtons are available for all to use if needed. We ate in for both dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. There is plenty of room in the hotel to relax including a snooker room where you can help yourself to complimentary chocolates. Thanks to the Hotel and its staff for another peaceful slice of luxury.

We’ve been to Dunblane on a couple of occasions but this is the first time we’ve stayed. We ate at the Riverside restaurant and the food was good. Not a huge menu but adequate. Walked from our accommodation into Dunblane. Love going into the beautiful Cathedral. If going by car there is adequate parking. Can’t think of anything we would see as negative.

Dunblane appears to be a friendly city.
Dunblane appears to be a friendly city. With a beautiful cathedral , numerous small craft and curio shops.
Part of the high street was disappointing, which needed tidying up . And a fresh coat of paint.
I would go back to Dunblane, The majority of the city . Is stunning. and only four miles from Stirling castle.

Dunblane is a small town, very centrally located, close to Stirling and the Lochs and Trossachs. It is almost equidistant to Edinburgh and Glasgow ( approx 1 hour to each city) so everything we wanted to see/visit was not too far away. There is also a regular bus network linking Dunblane to other interesting places in the area.
It has good restaurants, we highly recommend The Riverside - Pub, Cafe, Kitchen.

A great hotel to stay in, The breakfast and dinner was great, This is our second stay here and would stay here again. The pool was closed for maintenance when we stayed which was a shame as we would have used this facility. The staff make you very welcome from the moment you arrive.
Dunblane is a lovely town.

Dunblane is a beautiful small city with a lovely cathedral and some interesting shops. (Another) Tilly’s Tearoom was ideal for breakfast and Riverside was great for our evening meal.
The cathedral contains a thought provoking memorial to the massacre in 1996.
We visited the fascinating Doune Castle and the Argaty Red Kites viewing experience while we were staying - both highly recommended.

The room was much smaller than advertised and it was exceptional hot during my stay so much so I found it difficult to sleep as the small fan that was provide did little especially when the window wouldn't stay open as the hinges were broken. Moreover, the gym and pool were closed, which was not made known to me when I booked.
We loved our stay! The hotel was very clean. Warm at all times and had everything that we required. Bed was very comfortable and the room decor was fresh and modern but kept in with the old features of the building. We loved it. Outside areas were just stunning. Loads of little surprises up and down steps. Was magical. We'll definitely be back and would love to bring our 2 sons this time. Thank you.
Lovely comfortable spotless hotel.
Fabulous breakfast and staff most welcoming and friendly I couldn't fault it.
One of the nicest big hotels I've stayed in.
Went with my husband son his wife and 2 wee ones children under 6 had breakfast free and were well catered for.
Perfect housekeeping that is why I have given a full score for everything Excellent!!
Exceptional cottage on a private country estate. Quiet location. Walking trails around the estate. Very convenient location for me, just outside Dunblane - easy to get to lots of tourist sites from this central location. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed (and a sofa bed), lounge. A perfect week.
The Cottage is a homely hidden gem in the heart of Dunblane. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It is also with mentioning that the host’s communication was exemplary throughout - from initial booking to beyond exit, Jo was fantastic to deal with.
This was our second stay at the hotel, and we booked again because we enjoyed our first stay so much. The room we had was great - a good size and overlooked the front bell tower. We also enjoyed the free cookies as Rewards Members!
I was greeted by a kind and helpful man who made me feel very welcome. Dunblane is a charming village, and The Old Churches is perfectly situated from which to enjoy it. It was my second stay there, and I expect to return.
The apartment is ideal for a large family group. The living quarters were spacious and comfortable and the bedrooms had en suite facilities, which was ideal for getting people out for an early start.
This was our second stay at the cottage and won’t be our last. The cottage is small but has everything you could need, Cosy, clean and perfectly situated. A wonderful find in the beautiful Dunblane.
The location was wonderful...so easy to walk to the center of town for restaurants and shops. Plus, just around the corner is a large grocery store. Good access to major roads, to explore the area.
Location was great, near the train station, places to eat & drink. Dunblane is our favourite place. Excellent shower but tiny bathroom. Warm & cosy. Lovely & quiet despite being on a main road.
The property has been finished to a high standard and is situated in an excellent location in Dunblane, close to the town center and the Laighhills. It also boasts a pleasant back garden.
The cottage was beautifully designed and very well thought out. The attention to detail is what you'd expect from a five star hotel.
The walks along the river near-by were a highlight.
The flat is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is located right in the heart of Dunblane within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and rail station yet is quiet.
Dunblane is the most charming town outside of Stirling. Just stayed for one night but enjoyed it immensely! The shower the next morning was unbelievable! Best in Scotland so far!!!
It had a lovey Christmas feel and the scent around the hotel was very nice.
The food and atmosphere in the restaurant was excellent. Best food we have had for a while
Good position in Dunblane. Lovely views, good facilities, spacious room, good food. Dog friendly with clear instructions and areas where you can take your dog
