Great location for visiting Chipping Norton. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The room had plenty of character with very high ceilings and wooden beams. There was tea and coffee making facilities with plenty provided, including an abundance of milk cartons - not the normal 4 that you get left in most hotels

Lovely loft style apartment, beautifully furnished with comfortable and modern furnishings. There was one small issue with the heating of hot water, but to be fair, one telephone call to the owner and he explained where to find the boiler and how to over-ride the system.

The Bothy Cottage we stayed in was beautifully furnished with a perfect mix of luxury and functionality! Michael was a fantastic host who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We stopped for 3 nights over Xmas and he went above and beyond leaving us a surprise welcome box of treats which were delicious and very much appreciated. We loved the local village, stunning walks in the countryside all on the door step of the cottage. I'll definitely be booking again to stay again next year!
The Kings Arms was great! A bit of character, comfy room, great service from the landlady, Bridget.
If you’re into bonkers luxury or you’re a fuss-pot it is probably not for you, but we wanted somewhere well-positioned (tick), clean and comfortable enough (tick), friendly (big tick) and ‘real’ (also big tick). The price was spot-on for what it was. Very happy to have chosen it.
ASpacious room with great facilities and the location was great for the wedding we attended at Merris Court! The generous breakfast was delicious and included in our room price. We had dinner at the hotel too and it was delicious! You get ground coffee and a cafetiere in your room with the offer of milk which was a lovely touch! Also some complimentary brandy as a night cap!
Lovely modern accommodation in the heart of Chipping Norton. Very impressed with the house clean, tidy and also the outdoor space was fantastic. It was quietly located at the back of the high street with secure parking which was perfect, so just a 2 minute walk to local shops and more importantly a good pub! The host was super helpful for an early check-in as well.
It was so spacious. The fridge was large, the lounge was so comfortable and the outside yard was delightful on beautiful days. The bathrooms were great and everything was clean. You could live there for a month and be happy. We walked to town for breakfast and dinner and we were all very glad we stayed in Chipping Norton for our stay in the Cotswolds.
i stayed for a night, needed somewhere to sleep,
the room was big, clean and had everything we need.
the bathroom was also clean and big and bad a good shower. i saw there was a golf area, and a spa which I didn’t use.
our stay was short but if we are ever in the area would go back again.
The location is idyllic and tranquil. The grounds are well maintained and the hotel facilities exceptional. The food menu is good and we would like to thank Jaspal (restaurant manager) for looking after us. He went out his way to look after everyone. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely hotel, rooms with own patio or balcony. Friendly staff. Very impressed. Close to Chipping Norton, Chadlington and Diddly Squat. Another must visit we stumbled across, the Rollright Stones.
Jenny the owner was very helpful. The breakfast whilst continental was excellent. Lower room was spacious and well appointed, although warm water for towel rail and washbasin was q bit quirky.
