The most welcome like was the service by the staff at allegro, ( specially during the Wednesday buffet dinner, where I brought my elderly parents and some other family members in) the main pool guard, the bellboy, the crew on the seaside for jet skis and other activities, The most hated we had was during check in ...where Theressa at reception was rude, unhelpful, the tune of her voice is so UNWELLING to help the guest. The front desk manager DENNIS....was very apologetic and helpful...to correct sorting things out.

If you are in Ph for the many, many beautiful beaches, you will be disapponted on Mactan. Bohol, Dumaguete, Guimaris, Samal, El Nido, Coron, Boracay all have nice, sandy beaches. Mactan's are rocky

It was a great place to visit since everything is still new, however, some cultural parts were missing due to the flodding amont of Koreans business around the island. I lobe eating side street vendors to tase the local food and around Newtown Mactan community area, there is a great food court for local food and east to order. Overll I like it ❤️PanchanitThailand

From the front desk girls to the kitchen staff and shuttle--I can't thank them all enough. They made us safe and helped us in any way especially when going back and forth at the airport when the internet and system was down. The food here is great, service is incredible.Totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu, I will stay here again when visiting Cebu city.
