The hotel is very close to the train station, very easy check in, helpful kind staff. The room was very large (king room), the bed was HUGE almost two double beds together. A lovely view of Nagasaki from the room too.
They have good facilities and we were able to use their self service laundry which was very handy.
Breakfast was great, a wide variety both western and Japanese style. The dining area is large and there was no waiting or issues with capacity. Lovely view from this floor too.
We had our luggage delivered to the hotel which was no problem for them to receive and they also assisted us with sending our luggage to our next hotel which was incredibly helpful.
We throughly enjoyed our stay.

It makes the job. For this price, don't expect something amazing. If you just look for a bed and a warm shower, then it's fine! The staff is kind. I also could park my bicycle in a safe place and protected from the rain.

I spent only 2 nights in Nagasaki and wish I'd had more time. It is a big city with much to see and do. Our ferry to the coal island was cancelled do to windy weather and we were called and refunded which was nice. We spend a lot of time at the museum and found it very interesting. We went to the port, where we saw the Queen Elizabeth boarding and had lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant very close on the 5th floor - very popular! There is a street for shopping for souvenirs very close too!
Nagasaki has much more than I saw and wish I can go again!

Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm.
Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm. I love the scenic view of Nagasaki port. People here are very warm and friendly, and it's a city full of nostalgic vibe. Besides that, Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum has very modern and minimalistic architecture style. I like Champon a lot and have it almost everyday during my stay in Nagasaki.

A beautiful city which has unique history of being exposed to other countries, i.e. China, Netherlands, Portugal / Spain, England while the rest of the country was closed. It is also an important witness and victim of the A-bomb.
Don't forget to enjoy the view from Inasa yama.
Also, it offers various food options - shippoku-ryori can be eaten approximately 4000 per person if it is lunch.
We did not get to go to islands and Shimabara etc this time as well as House tembos....
It is a little hard to access by shinkansen now, but it was worth a visit.

The Night View is one of the best I've ever seen (second only to Hong Kong). We went up on the Rope Way, then discovered there was a Slope Car ascent as well--great for a return trip. The Dejima Wharf was a fantastic place to walk. The food in the restaurants around the city was wonderful. The trolley was fun, too.

A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover...
A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover all the major attractions in Nagasaki. Booked a hotel that provides onsen as it will be useful after much walking from one attraction to another. Buy the one-day tram pass and plan the number of attractions you can cover within the day or night... Then, have a good dinner at the Nagasaki Dejima Wharf... very good sashimi and must try the Uni Donburi!
I was greeted outside of the hotel by the manager which was a nice and unique gesture that I had only experienced years ago in Sapporo prior to this trip. Aside from being close to the station, the room was bigger than I expected. It had two beds, a desk (with wired Ethernet), a freestanding table, another little area where you could place belongings, a large TV, a couch, a small closet and a decently sized mini-fridge. There was also a very nice view from my room as well. I plan to stay here again if possible during my next trip to Japan.
The style of this hotel. The way the staff remembers your requests and cares for you. The scent of freshly cut lilies in the lobby. Beautiful spacious room bearing the atmosphere of the golden times it was built in, breathtaking views from the window, which you can open and breathe. And yes, a lifetime amount of fresh Nagasaki biscuits I consumed at a buffet-style dinner. And a big steamy traditional bath at the 3rd floor. And the cozy shuttle-bus to the station down the hill. Highly recommend this hotel.
The owner and his family are very kind and welcoming! They gave great recommendations for places to visit and invited me to have tea and dinner with them. It felt less like coming back to a hotel and more like coming home to family.
The location is fantastic for accessing Nagasaki station and traveling to other popular destinations by foot or on the city tram. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the pillows were so soft, which seems to be rare in Japanese hotels!
Great location for Dejima sightseeing and only a 10 min walk from Nagasaki station. There's also a tram stop nearby. Room was nice and clean, good shower. The staff were really friendly and even lent us umbrellas when we got there and it was raining. Tasty buffet breakfast. There is a free shuttle bus to the ropeway at night which picks up from outside the hotel.
Amazing hotel that is super close to Nagasaki Station. Only stayed 2 nights but they were great. A nice addition to the hotel offerings was the complimentary onsen, ice blocks, massage chairs and laundry services. Also the late night complimentary noodle service topped off a great stay!
Reasonable price, super location, great breakfast, nicely clean, awesome staff. This was the fourth time I stayed here I think and I highly recommend it. I've stayed in plenty of other hotels in Nagasaki (H2, Dormy Inn, JR and a few others) and this is the best value hands down.
Location is great, just opposite a tram stop
It's also about a 15minute walk to Nagasaki station
Check in was flawless
The view from the room was great also
Amenities and service was above and beyond what I was expecting for a 3-star hotel with this price point
The hotel had a wonderful view over Nagasaki. It was a little way from the main town, but we had a car so it was not a problem. There was also a courtesy bus that serviced the hotel down to the station.
Very convenient location. We travelled all over Nagasaki on the tram. Lots of places to eat. Modern hotel with gorgeous sculpture in lobby. Good room space and very pleasant staff. Great views.
First time in a POD style hotel. Clean and very affordable. Other reviews stated it was loud but our stay it was very quiet but I can see with opening of the sliding doors it can get loud.
We had a great time here. The room was so big and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the hills. The hotel lounge is huge and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The local people we met were very friendly and helpful. We can easily walk to train station. We accessed Nagasaki public transportation from station to visit Peace Park.
Right nearby the shinchi chinatown
The bus stop for nagasaki airport is 5 mn from the hotel
