My family and I were eager to explore Cochen and booked an apartment for our stay. From the moment we arrived, we realized the apartment lived up to all our expectations and what was promised in the description. We were greeted with a spotlessly clean and tidy place, which made us feel comfortable right away.
What really stood out was the exceptional attention we received from the owners. They were attentive to any needs we had and made us feel at home. Finding a place like this not only met but exceeded our expectations and brought us great joy during our stay.
We are sure to return as soon as possible. This apartment has become our favorite place to stay in Cochen.

Cochem in the summer is lovely and vibrant with plenty to do and see.
We went for the Christmas market and found it very quiet and the market itself was very small. The town is a lot quieter in the winter months.

Cochem is a great place to visit.
Cochem is a great place to visit. Take the river cruise through the lock for 3 hour tour you won't regret it. The castle tour is nice thing to do. Take the bus up to castle because walking up hills is not worth the few Euros it costs for the bus. Great food choices.

All the write ups for the town seemed interesting & a location near the river. Parking was consistently a problem in most areas and restaurant food was average at best. Went to a lovely restaurant, 8k away in Belstrain & both food & wine recommended were exceptional.
Used our car for transportation. There was a local bus station & train within town limits, so car wasn't necessary here.
Seemed to have a # of stores for tourist items but not much else.Lots of cyclists

Definitely worth a visit, castle and a boat trip recommended. But beware of some....not so nice places to eat near waterfront, recommend to read the reviews, since some food is more like fastfood and not really traditional, borderline of nasty.
The owner Hermann was friendly, kind and humorous. He made us feel welcome immediately. Despite having to abide by the strict prevailing Covid screening rules, Hermann made the whole process a painless breeze. He even rewarded us with a glass of his vineyard’s Pinot Noir each!
Our room was clean, bright and spacious. There was even a common pantry nearby with a well-equipped kitchenette.
This quaint vineyard hotel is a little gem in Cochem. We highly recommend it to those who want something different in a good way!
Location was very close to the town centre and a small walk to all the main restaurants and shops, also provided with private parking behind the hotel. Staff was great and having a sit down under the shade of the grapevines on a sunny day, drinking their wines was a highlight, we would definitely come back for a winecarousel tasting! The room had everything we needed and was nice to relax in after a day of exploring Cochem.
Loved this property! Excellent included breakfast with table overlooking the castle. We had bought champagne at a local wine tasting - hotel lets you access the breakfast room at night. We celebrated our sons proposal to fiancée that night with their glasses and our champagne. (They do have a fridge full of wines we could have purchased from them). Rooms were comfy enough. Bathrooms a bit tired but very clean.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has all amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host was nice and friendly.
It's a 10 min walk to the city center. The view is amazing from the balcony. You can see the Cochem castle.
They welcomed us with a local bottle of wine available in the apartment.
Highly recommended!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast room looks over the castle and the selection for breakfast is fantastic.
They have a room to put your bike into.
It is only a 10 min walk from downtown Cochem and it is a besutiful town on the Mosel where you can travel by boat or train. Lovely walking and cycling routes nearby
We loved this hotel. It is in the best location in Cochem, has wonderful staff and exceptionally clean. Parking is available at a nearby parking station. The views are wonderful and everything is at your doorstep. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night. A big thank you to the very pleasant and helpful staff.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well prepared. The owner was really nice and made me very welcome. The breakfast was great and the location perfect for a short walk into Cochem.
The parking for my motorcycle was also perfect on flat ground and undercover. Very safe indeed.
We found this to be an excellent place to stay on the Mosel. Our room overlooked the river so we could watch the boats go by and Cochem and Reichsburg castle were within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
The apartmemt was very spacious and very clean. It was modern and comfortable and well equipped. Parking was available ( but tight) which was very useful around Cochem. Beautiful view over the roof tops of the castle, town and Moselle.
Apartment was spacious and immaculate. Everything was new and large, especially for European hotels. Our host, Layla, was gracious and extremely helpful. She whipped up a great breakfast and gave us hot tips for our stay in Cochem.
It was a Pension-style hotel which used to be all over Germany. Nice location, had a parking spot, but that was extra. The breakfast was great and it was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy it.
Lovely hotel within walking distance of Cochem. Food was excellent and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Second time we have stayed here and would definitely recommend it.
Friendly family run hotel close to the river with some good dining options nearby. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Breakfasts were fantastic with good coffee.
Cleanliness, comfort, location, decoration, breakfast, owner's kindness. This hotel is simple perfect. I strongly recommend choose this hotel if you want visit Cochem.
Very nice hotel in the perfect location. We were able to walk all around town. Easy to walk to the castle. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
