This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking.

The grounds and courtyard room were immaculate, staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming.
We originally booked a dinner in the restaurant but decided the bar menu suited our appetite better on that particular evening.
The bar food was of restaurant quality and a good size portion.
The overall atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and quiet.
We will definitely be staying again and would recommend it to anyone considering a stay.

Everything about my stay was just lovely. Huge room with very comfortable bed and a great view over the paddocks. Patricia and her husband were so welcoming, helped me with my washing and anything I needed. The Irish breakfast was delicious!

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Owner was very friendly and checked that we were ok.
There were lots of fresh towels.
Kings Court is a very picturesque area. There is a lot of accommodation for staying over. There are some lovely looking hotels but I recommend that the bed and breakfasts are very nice and reasonably priced
Beautiful hotel set in lovely countryside. We had a courtyard room on the ground floor which we could park right outside. It was large, huge comfortable bed, great shower. We got the full Irish breakfast and it was delicious. Room had a sofa, table and chairs and TV, fast internet. Really nice lounges on the first floor and the restaurant looked nice, though we ate in the downstairs bar. Really comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Simply perfect, should be a 5* hotel! Food was sublime, atmosphere on point & staff attentiveness to detail was second to none! Hotel was expertly decorated and furnished throughout.
Highly recommend & special thank you to Emma G on the reception team who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon here one to remember. Stayed in room 50 (honeymoon suite) and extremely recommend for sheer luxury in one room!
Fantastic hotel with an old world charm but with modern amenities and a lot of investment recently to meet the standards you would expect to see in a hotel of this calibre. This isn't our first time staying in the hotel and each time we have returned the staff could not do enough for us and have always been friendly, polite and engaging.
The facility was beyond beautiful - both indoor and outside.
The decorations were lovely in every public room of the castle.
Our hotel room was stunning - we were so pleased.
Our dinner in the dining room was outstanding. Food was delicious and our server, Brenda?, was just so friendly and fun.
A wonderful evening!
Excellent hotel very comfortable the food was great as where the staff nothing was a problem superb breakfast cooked fresh and a great selection. We attended a wedding and I think the whole wedding party 136 people where very happy with there stay we will be back
The scenery, the room, the food, friendly and helpful staff! Also how close it was to Dun a Ri Forest Park. We walked there and around the park for a fabulous afternoon (take the woodland walk path from the castle to avoid walking on the busy roads).
We were attending a wedding in Cabra castle so couldnt ask for a closer venue to stay - literally 2 minute drive! It is also very well located to Kingscourt town also. Kathleen was lovely and really helpful.
The hotel was incredible! A fantastic setting and the food was stunning. The staff were just wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely go back. Thank you Cabra Castle.
This is a scam! The people in Kingscourt were of great help to find me a hotel at 10pm. I ended up in Cabra Castle, way more expensive, but worth the money. Go there if you can.
Very convenient location to Kingscourt, and for a visit to Cabra castle. Kathleen was accommodating when I needed to change our booking. Homely relaxed atmosphere.
