The location is exceptional and located just a few steps to Mansion House station where we can access to the city centre and train station so easily. The studio room has everything we need for a long stay which made us feel so much like home. The staffs are very helpful and always responsive to the requests. On top of that, we were impressed by the way they pay attention to the details of the guests like a honeymoon gifts we received on arrival. Overall, 100/10 ! Definitely going to recommend this place to our friends and family.

We had a great stay at the Resident Victoria. We were celebrating a birthday and the team handled it well with decorations and gifts in the room on arrival, thanks to Jason and his team. The hotel has a great location if you come from Gatwick airport (Victoria Station direct connection) and want to explore the city. The room is neat, clean and above all quiet. We will definitely be back on our next visit to London!

Loved the historic feel of the hotel, clean, beautifully decorated. Loved the public lounges , stocked bars, where you can help yourself, on the honor system. The morning breakfast or coffee in the room was an added bonus. The staff is always available and helpful. The quietness was nice.

The staff were friendly. I was given an complimentary upgrade and my room was ready early too. The room faced towards the river and had an amazing view with plenty of space in the room too. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced throughout the day. Room service was on point without any delays. I had a fantastic stay and an experience I will never forget.
