Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe sink didn't have enough space for toiletries.
It is the little things, 1950s refrigerator and microwave, 1950s decor. Only hotel that had a night light in the bathroom and had a USB cube. Big comfortable king size bed. Even though it is a small hotel and doesn't look too impressive from the outside. Definitely not 4 star. It is different and cute. The management put a lot of thought in making the rooms unique and comfortable. Price is right and there is continental breakfast. It also had two luggage racks. The manager was very nice and friendly.

United States of AmericaJust a few minor annoyances were the small parking lot, lack of a normal height chair to sit in to put my shoes on and no vent in the bathroom.
My favorite thing about the room was the awesome mattress! The pillows were pretty good too comparatively. I also liked the retro look, the great robes and the little extras like Q-tips. The lady who owns it is terrific and the breakfast stuff was great too. I liked that the cable TV wasn't cheap and minimal and their website is fantastically full of information.

CanadaThe room is comfortable. Close to outdoor activities. Small, but clean pool. Walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast is basic to take back to your room or eat outdoors, but quite a good choice.

IsraelThere is little space inside to eat breakfast We took the tray and sat outside the room.
A very nice looking, bright room. Plenty of light and electric sockets, a microwave and comfortable table and chairs to sit at in the room. Garden chairs and small table outside the rooms where we sat to eat breakfast. Breakfast was basic but fine.

United States of AmericaCould have used a normal chair for putting on shoes (the main seating, though comfortable, was for a high table).
Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. More modern than most motel-style places. Friendly and helpful staff.

United States of AmericaNo real complaints at all - we enjoyed our stay!
Quail Park Lodge gives you the cheesy roadside motel vibe without the creepiness of a regular roadside motel. It's well appointed, the owner was lovely, and the complimentary continental breakfast was nice. The pool area has beach towels for the guests, which is a nice touch. Plus, it's an easy walk to tour companies, restaurants, etc. Kanab itself is perfectly situated about 1-2 hours from Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon North Rim, with a number of state parks and various hikes on BLM land even closer.

NetherlandsWe did not have any seating outside our door, but solved by the little seating under the tree a bit next to the motel.

CanadaRoom was small. I didn’t realize it was a motel. I have a fear of ground floor rooms so I avoid motels. I did not feel unsafe here though. This is just personal preference

France- the breakfast : prefer the muffin instead of the donut, this one wasn't good :-( - surprised by the lady at the reception, she was very very cold, i don't know why. We didnt feel welcome, she barely explained how the breakfast works (you come at the office to take your trail and then eat it in your room or outside), she didn't give any advice... I was disappointed, especially after reading such good reviews, i wasn't expecting this. On all the other places we stayed at, we weren't greeted this bad... If i had the chance, i dont know if i'd come back.
The location, we could walk to the restaurants and Kanab is a cute city - the bed sheets were so soft - the quality shower products - the room had enough space - very clean - the little pool Overall the quality is really, really good
