The room is not like in the photos(from booking). There is no water pressure to the shower, and it also leaks a lot when you shower. The TV was too small and the room was neighbour with the next room, and devided by a door. No intimacy!

The room’s air con wasn’t particularly strong which was a bit uncomfortable at times.

We very much enjoyed the pool facilities, most hotels in the area don’t have this. The room was acceptably clean, daily cleaning was satisfactory and the staff were very kind in that they would come back multiple times after being asked to do so. We were happy with the free use of the safe. Lastly, the breakfast was tasty and good value for money

-There is a road work right outside the hotel, the drilling noise is extremely loud, the windows did not have good sound instillation, so we did not get a good sleep. -The bathrooms need renovation, they were so old, not very comfortable to use.

Construction Mondays-Saturday from 7am not the hotels fault, air con in our room was nothing compared to our room next door.

Checking in took ages because there was only one staff member able to check guests in. We witnessed a staff member be extremely rude to another guests. To the point where she was shouting at the guest, the guest remained calm so there was no reason for this… extremely unprofessional.

Staff weren't very friendly, especially on reception. The woman that greeted us on our arrival was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived late and it was dark so didn't know where to go for dinner. She wasn't interested and gave us no information3about anything.

at night it was impossible to fall asleep because there are bars under the hotel and people there were noisy until 2-3am. I don't know how to sleep in the summer with an open balcony. Also, the door closes very loudly, so if your neighbors enter the room several times at night, be sure you will hear it. also there were only 2 liquid soaps in the bathroom so don't expect any shampoos or shower gels

the hotel is located in a good location. near the hotel there is a sea 2-3 minutes away, shops, various cafes and restaurants, a bus stop 5-7 minutes from the hotel from where you can go to other cities. the hotel room has a beautiful view of the sea. there is also a small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. Breakfasts were almost the same, but the food was delicious So in general, the impressions are good

It would have been nice to have access to bathrobe for the swimming pool and in bedrooms but outside of this everything was good!

Pillows - too hard for my preference. No choice of alternative. Had trouble phoning taxi number for return journey - night staff unhelpful (younger staff member on 24th particularly rude for simple request) Breakfast no longer self service. My preference is to self serve.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. No complaints at all ! The breakfast buffet was very good. Both major pluses. Pool terrace on top floor was clean and well kept. The property was very good but it is unfortunately very close to bars and noisy music. This in itself is not too bad provided there is double or even triple glazing to minimise the noise reaching customers bedrooms. I will take ear plugs next time.

The bed was uncomfortable (possibly a slat loose or buckled or the mattress needed replacing) but I can't speak for all rooms. The other half of the bed was comfortable! The interior is a bit dated, both in the lobby with sofas with tears, and a 70s feel, and the room had a massive stain on the wall (probably from a coffee). The TV also didn't work.

The location is good, it's close to the parts of town for dining and drinking but is quieter so you don't have the "party" noise. Also near bus stops to get to Valletta or anywhere else on the island and within walking distance of a beach. The swimming pools are nice, although rooftop one was cold and indoor small and busy, but there's a sauna and a gym too. Breakfast selection was good although a bit chaotic! Rooms don't have toiletries (which is fine because I bring my own) except soap, but bathrooms are big, room was okay and has a coffee maker set up. lots of lighting.

At check in no option to split payment for our rooms, as 4 friends traveling, we asked to slit each room to 2 payments, which was not possible without clear explanation, just NOT POSSIBLE. In the lift and each floor was signed, that pool bar is open daily from 11AM till 6PM, we went there 2x and each time was closed, no simple notice at lift, that is not open due to weather condition, simple message clear to all client. We had a room just in front of construction, very noise each morning at 7AM, without ear plugs would be not possible to sleep at all, thanks we had them with us as many guests had similar comments about nosiness.
