Traditional furnishings were only the tip of the iceberg, from the staff to the exceptional food, hospitality and kindness, then the views and facilities were amazing. Highly recommend this place!! The staff were a highlight!

The Farm Resorts is located on the shores of the Castlereigh Lake in Dickoya. The Resort has barbecue facilities and terraced garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the a la carte restaurant. The view from the rooms is absolutely amazing. The staff are highly professional, leave room for personal space and so on. 5 star quality. The food is quite expensive, but it's definitely worth it. As we were traveling through Sri Lanka for a month - this was by far the best hotel we stayed in (and somewhere in the middle in terms of price/night)

Property is relatively new so very clean and beautifully arranged

Thiva was very welcoming, and showed great kindness in helping us. very good breakfast, with English and Sri Lankan. Had to help us with transportation, and is someone you can trust if you need.
