Everything was exceptional! Starting from the customer service call the day before our arrival to check if there is any special request. Amazing staff everywhere, , extremely friendly and welcoming let it be at the reception, housekeeping and restaurants. Large room with a nice view of Eilat bay. Great facilities and a comfortable queen bed. Activities during the day and night. Close proximity to the bus station (1 min walk) to Ramon airport and Taba. Best value for money.

We wanted to have vacations. We got it. The food was so delicious, different and fresh. Maybe not many types of alcohols, but it was enough for us. There was typical alcohol, various drinks, juice, ice juice and other. Room was clean. Shirley is the big heart of this hotel. She has decided our problem with lightning speed. Thanks to her for personal approach. I have never seen hotel’s manager like her. It costs more than the price of this hotel. Clean, tasty and comfortable.

Best service I have ever got in Israeli hotel, absolutely wonderful team and especially manager Vladimir! He made our vacation totally exceptional. Thank you very much. Also the outlook of the hotel seems to be much better than others in Eilat. Rooms are very cozy, beds are great, bathrooms are spacious and view is wonderful. Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau. Love it and recommend it!

In the lobby of the hotel there is a coffee machine, as well as tea, water, milk - all drinks are free. There is also an electric kettle in the room. Also there were safe box and mini fridge in the room. The room was clean, nicely decorated, new sanitary ware, snow-white towels and linen. The room was very cozy and quiet. Comfortable bed. We are very satisfied with the choice of hotel! The hotel is worth every shekel paid here. Separately, I want to thank the staff - very good service, employees are always ready to help and advise. We had a great vacation!
