The hospitality, kindness and smile of everyone of the staff was extremely good! Put on top of that an awesome location, amazing rooms, great food and a top value for money in a luxurious hotel .. probably one of the best places to stay in the old quarter in Hanoi!
Hannah the receptionist was really kind and helpful by all means .. she even helped us get our luggage transferred to another hotel in the old quarter as we went on a Ha Long Bay cruise after checking out from the Jade.
Even the manager of the hotel came to say goodbye and gave us a very nice souvenir when we checked out.
