The room was well layed out and had everything you could need for toiletries. The location was great with the train station and subway right out the front door. Food was always in walking distance.

You walk appx. 8-10 min. from Shinagawa station, but it's located in uphill and it is tough to walk when you have a big suitcase. I would recommend to take a taxi if you are not physically confident. Hotel is huge and has nice atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, clean but outdated. Overall it has an impression that property needs a renovation.

It was great for each of us to have our own space at the end of our trip. The room was a perfect size and the bathroom was nice. The amenities of air, tv and fridge were nice pluses. Although further than the areas we wanted to visit, the location was in a nice area and near the trains.

The room was perfect! It was the right size, price, and location to the airport. We arrived at 20:00 and the staff quickly checked us in and provided us with the room keys. We went to our room for an enjoyable shower and a comfortable bed. The room was perfectly clean and fresh.
