The hotel room we had was a spacious room with a nice view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was very high quality and every day.
Although Barsha is not the best location for a holiday trip but it was kind of close to Jumeirah and Emirates Mall ( by taxi or car) in walking distance. You may have good restaurants and some place to walk. The hotel has good facilities and you also rent a car inside the hotel.
