The staff will do all they can to make you happy. Nicest staff I have met in a while of travel. Room is nice, they help you whith the luggage (no elevator) thinks work.

I love that you could order breakfast items which consisted of Vietnamese coffee, mango smoothie, fresh fruits, bún bò Huế, fried rice with eggs/beef, toast, fried noodles, cereal, etc… The staff was aamazingly helpful and f friendly!

We experienced unusual circumstances in Hue- it flooded! The lobby was mid calf deep with water when we woke our first morning, the streets were flooded and only navigable by boat. Luckily we had arrived early enough the first day so that despite rain, we were able to visit the citadel & walk about the city before being confined to the hotel for the entire next day. The staff were incredible- Serving breakfadt on the stairs, preparing unplanned meals fir guests & helping with arrangements for travel out (boats to higher ground & onward) Oanh, the ever cheerful young woman manager was a rock star, helping everyone manage this unforeseen obstacle.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped me arrange transportation to Hoi An. They also helped me book a day tour around the city for an amazing price. I wouldn't have been able to reach all the sites on my own if hadn't booked the tour with them. Yhe tour was very reasonable priced 350k Dong.(not including the price of admmision to the sites) . The guide didn't speak the best English bit I could still pick up some of the important information. One thing to note is that this hotel doesn't have an elevator so either ask for the first floors of you don't want to climb a lot of stairs. Otherwise the staff make this place a great gem.

Amazing stay at Jade Hotel! The staff was incredible, especially the manager who helped my friend and I so much during our stay. We booked taxis with them, rented scooters, did our laundry, ate the free breakfast...We did it all! The manager is such a hard worker, very present for all the clients : she explained everything to do in the city and how to do it, and always had fresh glasses of water for us when we were waiting at the reception. She even surprised us by speaking french! When we left, very early, for the airport, they gave us a small breakfast, even though the kitchen was not open yet! The room was cleaned every day, we had a big window, snacks available for a good price in the room, a bathtub, a very confortable bed...Everything you need and more! Would definitely recommend this stay!

The staff were amazing. Upon check-in the receptionist sat me down with a cold glass of water and a local map ran me through the local sites and attractions, including prices, offered the names and addresses of local restaurants the area was famous for. All while another staff member unstrapped my bag from my bike and took it to my room. The staff organised laundry for me. Having it washed dried, folded and back to me in half a day. And finally while I was checking out a staff member poured cool water over the seat of my bike to cool it off before escorting me with an umbrella to my bike while I strapped my bag back down. Honestly beyond impressed.
