Collecting the keys was easy, they emailed me a code to use at the front door upon arrival and then another code to unlock the key safe outside the door to the apartment. They even allowed us as a family to check in earlier than the check in time, we couldn't have asked for more. It was my wife's 50th birthday whilst we were there and we came back at the night time to find a beautiful lemon drizzle style cake complete with 50th birthday candles. Location is superb
