Beautifully located high above the bustling city, yet railway station and downtown Kandy can be easily reached (by walking or by tuk-tuk). Helpful and very friendly, elderly couple. The breakfast is served in their living room. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The proprietors are just lovely, very kind and helpful people. They cook a tasty breakfast, too! (You can also ask them to do your laundry if needed, and of course they will give all needed recommendations and local colour.) The room is cozy and the only sounds you hear are those of nature.

The owner, Sarath and Kusumu treated me as if I’m their daughter♡ They are so helpful, fun, nice people :) I had a cooking class, they offered me which recipes I want to know, and those are perfect that what I want ! Very tasty and gave me grasses for bringing back home:) If you want to have nice relax time in Kandy, I highly recommend this place:) you will enjoy their hospitality for sure!

The host couple is very friendly, they helped us with everything from finding trains, buses through giving medicine when my wife felt sick. The house is a bit out of the city but for a 500 LKR tuk tuk ride you are in the city center.

We had an amazing three-night stay. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an unexpected and delicious breakfast. The room was clean and of a good size, with a spacious lobby area. The air conditioning worked well, even though we didn't really need it. We didn't encounter any mosquitoes during our stay. The bathroom was decent. There were plenty of food options available once we walked downhill to the city. The location was within walking distance of the temple, the main bus stop, and the train station. The property was situated on a challenging hilltop, but as Wellington residents, we embraced the uphill walk as an enjoyable challenge. It was a great way to burn off the carbs we had been consuming. Hosts were absolutely delightful.

Very nice caring hosts who helped us with our plans. The room is quite big with an ac. The appartement is up the Hill (8 min walk) so it is not that comfortable to reach but you are also away from all the trouble in the city.

Lovely hosts, I’ve stayed in a few guest houses in Sri Lanka and this was my favourite. Room was clean and felt very safe here, and helped me book a taxi to my next destination.
