The property is just 50mt to the beach and near popular surf spots. Bus stop in 100mt, train station, restaurants and all the shops you need are within 300mt. Payment upon arrival at the property. Italian coffee Espresso or Cappuccino are offered on request. Airport pick-up and drop-off, guided tours, surf lessons, snorkeling and other activities are provided on request.

We are a lovely couple from Italy and Germany. We love surfing and a peaceful, friendly environment. We live upstairs in a separate apartment with a super friendly dog and we will look after everything you need to give you a relaxed vacation in our property. We have many years experience in the Hospitality industry and we speak Italian, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese trying to give you the best service as possible. Denis is a qualified Chef and an useful handy man from Italy with a lot of experience and patience. He loves surfing and he has been travelling/working overseas since 2006. We can organise food events on request. Jasmin is a registered nurse with many years experience in Germany and Switzerland, so in case of emergency, she can provide you a helpful assistance. She also love surfing and this is our huge passion that brought us here in Sri Lanka today. We ve met each other travelling to Sri Lanka and we ve found the same path to follow, so we will welcome you as better as possible.
