This was a superb stay; the place is fantastic, the views of Petra are to die for, and the staff was super helpful. We requested a late checkout, and it was granted, but we had an issue at the parking lot of Petra and arrived even later than we expected the staff extended the late checkout even further, and they let us take a shower... The dinner buffet is impressive, with great food and better service.

Actually it’s a birthday but everyone value me from Ahmed, Belal, the ladies at the morning breakfast then the restaurant morning Manager (sorry I don’t remember his name) . I feel like a princess at this point. Initially my reservation was 08/31 but once I got here they managed to get me situated so I’m beyond thrilled and thankful. Khaleed the pm manager at the restaurant made sure I got my picture at the stand and stay late so I can order dinner

i would like to mention Mohammad at the reception and Ibrahim the restaurant manager . they were very nice , they were amazing , professional,and very helpful and I must say they made the stay even better ! we enjoyed our breakfast buffet as well as our dinner ! the pool was great for relaxation! the service was great everybody was very friendly and welcoming ! over all it was great , and 6 minutes away from Petra only !

A quiet little property just outside Petra city makes this place a perfect place to unwind from the long journey through Petra and all the chaos of the visitors and noise. The staff were kind and generous and Mohammed N and team made sure to give us all we needed. Though there isn’t much to do at the property they serve you a chocolate bar in the evening and can arrange for a message nearby and also have a heated pool so those are nice touches.

Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. We liked that they had an indoor heated pool as the weather in April is cold. Staff were warm, hospitable and could speak good English which made communicating easy. Breakfast buffet was very good.
