Strategically located on the third floor (no elevator) of a small building in a cental area of Florence, just a few steps from Santa Maria Novella train station, Fortezza da Basso, Leopolda and the new Opera theatre, this cozy apartment is the ideal location for living the historic center like a local, for vacations, business travelers or for attending trade fairs and events. Newly decorated with modern furnitures, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities that make you feel like you are right at home and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed for two, dining area, TV, WI-FI and a modern kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc. You’ll definitely be able to enjoy your morning breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want. There is also a wide bathroom with shower and a little terrace where you can have your resting time once at home. WI-FI and AC in every room. For our guests arriving by car we have an agreement at a special price with a garage nearby, where you can park your car and forget about it, since everything you need is just a stone throw away!
We are located in a central area of the city, a well-served district, adjacent to Florence’s city center ideal for families and for business travelers, just five minutes away from all the main points of interests. In few minutes you can take a stroll in the beautiful Cascine Park, a truly remarkable green area of Florence where every Tuesday you’ll be able to visit the city’s largest mercato! Just a couple blocks away you can find bus stop, grocery stores, hair salons, dry cleaners, bank, pharmacy, bar, bakery, pizzeria and both typical Florentine restaurants as well as delicious ethnic restaurants. We are five minutes walking from: - SMN railway station, - Fortezza da Basso Congress Center, - Palazzo dei Congressi - New Opera Theatre In few minutes you can take a stroll in the beautiful Cascine Park, a truly remarkable green area of Florence where every Tuesday you’ll be able to visit the city’s largest mercato! All the main points of interest, such as Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, etc. are within 1 km. distance. Probably you will never take buses, but Viale Petrarca is well served by public transportation that will take you wherever in the city.
