Eine tolle Laube zum gemeinschaftlichen Zusammensein. Spielparadies für Kinder mit Koppel für Esel, Muli, Pferd und Schaf. Ein großer Pool mit Meerwasser, der extra für uns schon zu Ostern aktiviert wurde. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Villa. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Nähe zu Verona. Mit Bus aber auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das künstlerische Ambiente in Haus und Garten.

PUBLIC BUSSES STOP IN FRONT OF THE VILLA. > VERY PEACEFUL AREA , IDEAL FOR JOGGING. THREE VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS ARE FEW MINUTES BY FEET AND ONE TOP QUALITY CANTEEN. > THIS AREA IS ONE OF THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS OF THE CITY. > THE HOUSE HAS A WONDERFUL POOL BECAUSE OF HIS SIZE 17X7 METERS AND BECAUSE OF ITS SALTY AND NATURAL WATER. > A LARGE SOLARIUM WITH GAZEBO EQUIPPED BBQ SURROUND THE POOL . THE FOURTH BATHROOM WITH SHOWER IS IN POOL AREA AND MOSTLY USED IN SUMMERTIME. ANOTHER SHOWER OUTSIDE. > IDEAL PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN .
