The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. Ideal holiday property for 2 couples, or for a family group (please note that due to open stairs to the loft, it is not suitable for very young children). The Lion’s apt 4 is the roof apartment, on the 4th floor. It is spacious, on 2 floors, with a roof terrace and gorgeous views of St.Mark’s campanile (tower bell), S. Giovanni e Paolo and Fava Church. The kitchen is provided with design blender,toaster, kettle, dish washer,washing machine, oven, microwave and a four ring stove. The larger bathroom has a cabin shower and the smaller has a WC and a sink.The apartments is furnished with quality lines, towels and hair drier for your comfort. For larger families or groups you can rent several apartments in the same house.
