The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

New modern design flat in a buzzy area of Venice between Rialto and St.Mark – 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lift, air conditioning/floor heating, SKY (cable TV), internet ADSL and Wi-Fi. Many cafes, shops and restaurants just outside your doorstep. Well insulated and really silent. The Lion’s House is a newly restored house with 4 apartments which undertook a complete restoration in September 2010, in Salizada San Lio, Castello. The apartments have been furnished with design and modern taste by our company on behalf of the owners, and are the perfect place to spend your holiday in Venice- central, stylish and comfortable. The apartments is equipped with quality linings, towels and hair drier. Air conditioning for the Summer and floor heating for the winter. All floor is in wood and the ceiling has old traditional wood beams, typical of Venice palazzos. The lift arrives at every floor. This apartment is the perfect place for a great family holiday, or a romantic getaway in the historic center of Venice, in an extremely central and convenient location.

Restaurants, shops, cafes all just outside your door- great wide choice and suppliers, for all tastes. Try the Venetian “osteria” with local ciceti-tapas for a glass of veneto wine, or the elegant patisseries for cappuccino and typical cakes.
