Property info

Ancient palace in the historical center, which already existed in Etruscan times, developed between 1400 and 1500 into a noble residence. Here it cross the story with obvious features. divided into three levels, from the nineteenth century garden, the rooms derived from the ancient kitchen and in limonaia, in leaving inside the ancient dispensation characterized by terracotta arches to view, up to reach the upper floor characterized by rooms inserted in environments that a were once studies and lounges decorated with eighteenth century frescoes are characterized by 'large living room decorated with mythological figures and a marble inlaid floor reminiscent of the decorative motifs of the Siena Cathedral floor. It is a very old building and multi-level we have not the elevator

Neighborhood info

We are in a central area, 300 meters from Piazza del Campo and 300 meters from the Cathedral of Siena, 200 meters from the Municipal Art Gallery. We are outside the headquarters of the Onda district and we are close to the Aquila district, Tartica e Torre, also clearly to their contrada museums. It is so central you can reach us by car for loading and unloading of baggage, but you have to park it at the parking or the court or out of Porta Tufi. In our area about 400 meters there is the St. Augustine school district with the seat of the Faculty of Law, the Conservatory Rinaldo Franci, High School Musical, the Classic high school, the school of Education. Also within walking distance of the Academy Fisiocritici and the splendid Botanic Garden, where I recommend in the summer to make a relaxing time
