Better than great location, especially great for the price! Room is cozy and the bed is comfortable, everything is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The coffee machine is a nice touch. The Host is friendly, although make sure you get there on time, because, as he made it very clear, this is not a hotel... (We were indeed somewhat late, because we had some issues with the parking, which I assume is not at all uncommon is Florence.)
