The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…).
Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there.
Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

I stayed with my friend at this wonderful place with the lemon orchard back in July for 2 days. The house and the orchard are absolutely beautiful, the house if very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is amazing, super kind, helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this place and intend to return to stay longer.

a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters.
a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters. the mayor should allow only electric scooters and cars. Perhaps, I would loved to have a more reliable city bus schedule and not wait for the bus or not knowing when it comes. The info on the timetable was not accurate.
Incredible service and hospitality, nicely appointed and recently renovated rooms/common areas, rooms were a good size for a European hotel. Food was the best we had on our trip and not too expensive. We tried a couple restaurants outside of the hotel, but nothing really compared to the hotel restaurant so we ate most meals there. The breakfast was included and very generous. The pool area is an oasis and service is just as great there as everywhere else.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so nice and caring, always ready to solve any problem, they even anticipate your needs.Especially the two Maitre D' are incredible efficient. The People who serve the tables cannot be nicer and more elegant. The location is great, a few blocks away from Corso Italia. And the swimming pool is an excellent place to relax. Good daily breakfast with so many choices! We will definitely come back!
Location, friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member are beyond expectations. This is a family owned and operated hotel, since it was started by the grandmother of the current owners. Their pride in this hotel shows up everywhere from room cleanliness to directions to poolside drink and food service. so, if you are traveling to the Amalfi Coast, this is the hotel to stay at. On a 5-Star rating, this hotel deserves 10 Stars!!
The hotel is a good choice for budget! Located next to the train station where you can take the train for both city center of Sorrento and Napoli.
It has a lot of restaurants and supermarket very close. Also you can easily go by scooter to positano and other beaches around.
The rooms are clean an exactly as in photos. The breakfast is good. Also quite neighborhood.
We had a nice stay and did not cost a fortune! I recommend it.
such a grand hotel, the staff were so welcoming and kind. The balcony is huge and able to sit on deck chair and relax. The rooms are very very generous in size. The view and sunset was magical! We came for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back! Able to walk into Sorrento no problems, and the nearest beach is down some stairs, I have a knee issue but was able to make the climb.
What an amazing find. we loved everything about the hotel. the staff were always happy and eager to help. we were given great restaurant recommendations in the area. Train station very close and it was easy to get to different locations. you can walk into Sorrento but we often opted to use the train. Absolutely would come back again.
Absolutely amazing place with a spectacular views.
This was the best hotel we have ever been.Very good location in sorrento, near the train station and Marinella beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is very delicious and sunset from this hotel is really really amazing,Thank you Villa Crawford❤️
I must say we were lucky to find a room available just a couple of days prior to arrival.
it was a great stay, very clean and moser facility and a state of art customer service . Maria went above and beyond our expectations, she even helped with the communication with the our next hotel stay.
Lovely little hotel in a really nice location. Locally there is a public beach, restaurants, supermarket and cafes. Prices here far more reasonable than in Sorrento town. Sorrento is literally 2 minutes by train or a nice 20 minute walk. Staff at hotel all great and very willing to help
The location is nice only a block back from the cliffs/ocean views. It is maybe 20 min walk or short taxi ride into the main part of Sorrento town so isn't in the thick of it but still has great restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean & nice, staff are friendly.
Price is okay however it is nothing near a 5 star hotel (or maybe 25 years ago) should be between a 3 and a 4 star hotel.
Appart from that rooms are ok (very old), pool is ok .
Note that the parking is free which is a good thing in Italy.
Staff is friendly.
We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Crawford. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop nearby to go to Sorrento town, but the walk is also possible. We enjoyed the shared balcony on the roof where there is a nice view of the ocean.
This was our first time in Sorrento, so we didn't realize we needed a shuttle to get to the city center. Their shuttle service was very efficient and timely. The hotel is remodeled, clean and lovely. The best breakfast in Italy!
I loved staying in this classy hotel. It is a 15 walk to the center and 5 minute walk to a beautiful ocean view terrace. One of my favorite stays. I also ate at their Michelin star restaurant a few years ago and loved it.
Beautiful hotel! Views were amazing- we're glad we chose to stay in quiet/less crowded Sant'Agnello rather than busy Sorrento. Beautiful garden and terrace to enjoy a nice meal or a glass of wine.
