The Florence Star apartment is a modern open concept loft conversion in a Florentine town house, walking distance from the historic centre of Florence. The apartment is located just outside the old centre of town, approximately 15 minutes walk from the Duomo of Firenze in the Libertà square, and is the same distance to the Florence conference centre at the Fortezza da Basso. The area offers parking facilities on the local streets or in the Parterre Parking. The Star Loft can sleep 4 people. The apartment, which is fitted with all modern conveniences (free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, smart tv, and washing machine), has two distinct sleeping areas: one bedroom at mezzanine level with exposed wooden beams and custom made furniture, with views over the main dining/living space. While off the living area a second bedroom with futon, high celings and draw across curtains for privacy.

I am married with an english man that i met while living in London 18 years ago, and now that we both live in Florence, we have decided to chose, buy and renovate an apartment for holiday in our beautiful city. Florence Star Apartment is located in the area of Piazza della Libertà (Liberty Square), and it is approximately 15 minutes walk from the Duomo of Firenze as well as the Fortezza da Basso. You can reach the apartment by bus from the Central Station Santa Maria Novella, taking the Number 1, or by taxi, or by foot (20 minutes). If you are arriving by car: 100 metres around the corner is the locally managed car park with covered bays. Their tariffs are adjusted based on the number of days. If you are coming by car, let us know and we can tell you in advance what this will be. The local neighbourhood is interesting with a range of specialist shops, as well as all the essential ones for anyone on holiday. There is also a huge supermarket 2 minutes walk, where you can fill Star Loft with Italian goodies. Again nearby is the Braumeister bar serving lots of superb beers and American pale ales from across the world. The Stensen Institute is just around the corner, a mecca for those intersted in the visual arts. The Botanical Gardens are a few minutes walk, and if you don't want to walk, you can hire a bicycle nearby too! The Parterre parking is only 50meters
