Historic apartment of 120sqm located in the oldest part of town, embellished with ancient juniper beams and other original elements of the 17th century, mixes period furniture with modern design. Equipped and complete with every comfort, it is suitable for families and groups of friends, for short or long stays. It is located on the 2nd and last floor without-elevator and is arranged on two levels. Four French windows with small balconies overlook one of the most picturesque streets of Castello.

I'm an actor and director, and I have been lucky enough to travel a lot, all over the world, for work, interest and pleasure, since I was very young. I believe I know the needs of those who travel and are looking for a place that can satisfy their needs. I renovated this house with my own hands, taking advantage of the Lockdown and I thought it to be a pleasant, authentic, characteristic place, with all the comforts to be able to enjoy time in the splendid Cagliari and on the island that I love deeply.

Castello is the main of the four historic districts of the city of Cagliari and offers the most beautiful views and all the major points of historical and artistic interest in the city: the marvelous Cathedral, basilicas, churches, the Pisan Towers, the Bastion of Saint Remy, the Archaeological Museum and the National Picture Gallery, the University, the botanical garden, the Ancient Hospital and the noble palaces. From the nearby Santa Croce square (or from Bastion Saint Remy), you will find a fantastic viewpoint from which you can admire the entire city. Walking through the evocative and fascinating streets of the center, you can breathe an atmosphere with an ancient flavor. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but in the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, clubs, the shopping streets and the Cagliari nightlife. The privileged position makes it ideal for anyone who wants to explore and walk to the most evocative places and all the main attractions of the city, enjoy the sea in the beautiful city beaches or move around to get to know some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, or do walks or trekking in nature.
