We want our guests to feel right away at home, free and at ease, in comfortable and well-kept rooms with the detailed furnishing of the living room and the bedrooms, where nothing has been taken for granted: from the ZÖLLNER bath linen to the organic facilities to welcome our guests for the first necessities after a long journey, to the kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences and useful accessories to ensure you to prepare breakfast quickly. We would like to think that you almost feel at home, living a truly unforgettable unique Venetian experience.

"CA GIULIA" apartment is located in a strategic position: in 5 minutes walking you will reach Piazza San Marco , and in the same time the vaporetto public boats that will take you to Piazzale Roma, railway station, and Alilaguna lines to aerport or Murano, Burano and has a beautiful terrace. It is located on the last floor of a 1700 building , without a lift with 70 stairs. The apartment is about 65 square meters, with large living room with fireplace (not working because Venice is prohibited), kitchen with dining area facing a beautiful terrace where in summer you can eat or sunbathe, a double bedroom, a little dressing room with wardrobe and bathroom with an big shower. His "makeover" has just ended: the living room has got a sofa bed for two additional places, the kitchen has stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave;then there is the bedroom and the storage area where there are washing machines, table iron and iron. Obviously there is heating and air conditioning. From the windows of the living room and the bedroom you can see the Domes of the Basilica of San Marco and the Campanile and the top of the Palazzo Ducale. The apartment is SELF CATERING.
