Very good location for the airport, takes under 10 minutes to walk. Equally there is a bus stop right outside. Easy to arrive also from Venice. I took a bus from Maestre and it was very easy and quick. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. They even provided a bottle of water and some fruit and a pastry ready for a breakfast/ snack. The wifi is good. The bed was not that comfortable, I found it to be hard and could feel some of the springs. But for one night it was ideal.

It was really nice!
It was really nice!
There were a language barrier with the waiter, but she was really sweet and service minded.
The language barrier meant that our group couldn’t spilt the bill, for the excellent food, which created some awkward moments because we were together for the first time and didn’t know each other.

Due to a flight cancellation, we booked a last-minute deluxe king room - which was the most expensive room available. The pictures are far better than the actual property. Our room was up 2 flights of marble stairs and once inside the room - the bed was up another flight of wooden stairs. We dropped off our luggage and walked down to the Marriott and hung out in their bar and had dinner there. We only came back to sleep in the room. The water in the shower went from hot to cold repeatedly. The cost of the shuttle at the hotel is 15 euros, but they didnt tell us the shuttle goes to multiple properties and that they dont drop you at the airport entrance (we need to walk a bit with 4 suitcases which was not easy). For the same 15 euros we could have called a taxi as we did for the ride over. I would only recommend this property to someone who is in a bind as we were. Total cost was over $300 with the city tax and shuttle ride. Lastly, we didnt have the breakfast we paid for because it wasnt available until 7am and we had to leave by then. Coffee was not in the room or lobby so in my opinion they arent very concerned with giving a customer a nice experience for the money.

We stayed one night as close to Marco Polo airport as well as bus access to Venice for sightseeing. Tranquil location, beautiful trees, plants and koi pond.
Would be a great place for a conference.
Friendly staff; great service.

Tessera is a small town next to VCE with several airport hotels and a half dozen restaurants. Works well for a quick stop-over before or after your flight from VCE. Can easily access the historic area of Venice via Bus #5 which offers direct service to the historic area with a bus stop directly in front of the Marriott in Tessera. Round-trip fare is approximately 3 euros for the 20-25min trip.

Barbara & Matteo were wonderful hosts.
Barbara & Matteo were wonderful hosts. They nawered all our email questions promptly and accommodated our late arrival very graciously. Breakfast was varied & delicious, including the coffee options. They even called a taxi for us. The room was clean and modern as well, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, a great experience.
Very close to Marco Polo Airport Venice. You can walk from the airport but there are some narrow stretches along side the road. There are no room keys but keypads to get in and out. The room was very spacious. Did not have Breakfast but it is served on the 2nd floor for 10 euros. There are some good restaurants and bars right acroos from the hotel and closeby. For such a short distance, a taxi ride from the airport will set you back 20 euros.
it’s just about walkable from the Airport if you don’t have a ticket for the number 5 bus. it’s a basic first floor set of rooms that’s more like a hostel - but quite adequate if you want an inexpensive stay near the airport and Venice- it’s a 20 minute bus ride from near the hotel to Venice. lots of food and coffee available for breakfast in a big corridor - as I said more hotel than hotel - but v good value and convenient
Perfect location for a first night in or last night out of the Venice airport. Staff was very friendly and flexible, letting me check in early to ditch my bags and salvage the day after a flight cancellation. Know it's not a luxury hotel, with shared bathrooms and sparse room decor, but for what it is it is great. It really is walking distance from the airport and you can also take a bus to get just within a few blocks.
We only stayed here one night as we had an early flight. The hotel is in a great location for the airport. Bus stop very close on the main road. As we were leaving very early, they made up a tray of breakfast bits for us the night before. Grounds are very large, with a few nice areas to sit outside. Easy walk into Tessera, which had a few places to have dinner, but the hotel did have some options too.
The apartment in Tessera is a short walk from Marco Polo airport in Venice, where our flight departed from next day. The apartment was booked for its convenience. The facilities were good, including a fridge with some drinks and yoghurts, and even a washing machine if you needed it. The apartment is close to a couple of local restaurants so we were able to get an evening meal when we arrived.
Close to Venice airport, we arrived at 2 in the morning walking 15 minutes from the airport. Not difficult at all. The man in the reception was kind and very nice. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the Easter egg that surprised us on Sunday morning. There is a bus stop to Venice very close to the hotel. We couldn't enjoyed the hotel facilities as we have to leave early..
This is the most amazing airport hotel!! The rooms were large and comfortable and the bar/dining area was stunning. Not to mention really yummy food in the restaurant. The shuttle services to the airport in the morning start really early and is super convenient. I would definitely stay again if ever needing to fly from Venice.
This depends on what you're looking for of course, but for an overnight stay near the airport, this was much better than a soulless airport hotel. Staff was helpful and served a homemade meal with fresh vegetables from the garden. They also provided (for an extra cost) pickup from Venice and a ride to the airport.
Room was ok, nothing special. I was staying at the Annia Park hotel nearby which had nicer rooms by far. I only switched to the Courtyard because they said they had room service. I got there Sunday there was no room service. The room was wildly overpriced and didn’t even include their crappy breakfast.
It said there was a shuttle to the airport and when I realized I had to pay $20 euro I decided to walk and it took me much longer than I’d expect for hotel right near the airport with the name it has. Breakfast wasn’t being served by the time I had to leave. Was more than I’d expect to pay for this.
The Annia Park Hotel Venice Airport was ideal for our stay prior to an early departure from Venice. The hotel is well-located, clean and our room spacious and comfortable. It's very quiet and private; our room looked out over a farm field. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend.
Shuttle to airport was very convenient and timely. The staff were very helpful. We arrived before the rooms were ready however the staff allowed us to leave our bags while we went into Venice for lunch. When we came back to the hotel, our bags were already delivered to our rooms.
Excellent inexpensive hotel near Venice airport! You can easily access Venice via the bus ... and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the bus depot in Venice. This hotel is an excellent place to stay from a location point of view IF you are not staying in Venice itself.
Very nice authentic place. Excellent clean apartment. Nice area around the house. You can eat breakfast outside, it feels like a real willage. Close to the airport Marco polo, so we got to the hotel on foot. There is bus stop to Venice nearby.
Lovely friendly check in. Modern, well decorated hotel and very clean.
7 minute drive from Marco Polo airport so very convenient and only a 15 minute drive over to Venice.
Quiet location with a decent breakfast.
Lots of free parking available
The hotel is conveniently located next to the Venice airport. It is in a 10 minute walk or 2 stop ride on the public bus. The room was nice and large. The breakfast was good. There is a convenient parking garage too.
Great breakfast, lovely helpful staff and good location. The bus stop was located 5 minutes walk from the hotel and you could buy tickets at the front desk for €1.25 to bring you into Venice
