Beautiful apartment. Spacious rooms and a large balcony that overlooked Borik, Zadar and the Adriatic. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were stocked with those little extras that made the stay so much nicer. Everything was so nice and clean and the hosts were wonderful. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Zadar.

Villa Nataly Apartments - a combination of charming accomodation, lovely sea views and peaceful surroundings. To ensure your comfort our friendly staff is always happy to help. ! This year, we have added additional ACs in the apartments for your comfort and secured a free-of-charge spacious fenced parking. Every year we thrive on making our guests feel home and welcome, so we are beyond delighted and grateful for the lovely reviews. Your feedback is always appreciated and helps us further improve our beloved Villa. In these new times, we are aware that people are more cautious and more aware of their health. We hope that it brings you comfort to know that every person you'll be interacting with during your stay at the Villa got the COVID vaccine. Also, we are proud that year after year, our guests have recognized the comfort as well as the cleanliness of our apartments. For your safety, apartments are thoroughly cleaned with each guest's arrival, and there is more time added so we can adequately aerate it.
The one who will always welcome you is me, Natalija! I have been living in Zadar my whole life and I believe you will end up loving the city of Zadar and our country as much as I have all my life. My family and I all work as a team so my husband and kids help with the property management and they are always thrilled to welcome guests in our Villa as much as I am, and also they help me with giving guests tips about popular places and hidden gems around Zadar! My favorite hobbies are gardening and cooking so you will most likely run into me taking care of my flowers around the garden. I speak English well, however, my daughter and son are here to help me if I need it!
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and most houses surrounding the villa are family houses that also rent their apartments. There is almost no traffic so there the traffic noise is nonexistent. There are two smaller grocery stores nearby and a bakery. Also, within a 5 minute walk there is a one of the most loved pizzerias by locals called Pizzeria Sime and next to it is a bar (billiard club) also popular among the locals.
