Welcome to Lepine, a completely self contained apartment with its own front door access at the side of a Victorian house. A quiet, leafy hideaway, the main room features a kingsize bed, velvet sofa and kitchenette. The shower room is decorated in an art deco style. Lepine is very close to Folkestone Central train station and the town centre, harbour, beaches and restaurants are walking distance or a short drive away. Lepine is a newly renovated studio with luxury fixtures and fittings and a touch of vintage. Located in a residential street at the side of a Victorian house, it is a short walk to the centre of town and all the restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops Folkestone has to offer. The beach is approximately 15 minutes walk. The main room features a comfortable kingsize bed with 200 thread count linens, a large screen smart TV and a velvet sofabed. The kitchenette offers a fridge, sink, toaster, kettle and microwave. The sofa converts to a small double bed to accomodate one adult or child - please ask when booking. Lepine is a few minutes walk from Folkestone Central train station, and is a 10 minute drive from the M20 and Eurotunnel Le Shuttle. Lepine is located in a quiet, leafy, Victorian street, a few minutes walk from Folkestone Central train station. The beach, harbour, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The town centre is a 10 minute walk, the Leas 10 minutes and the beach a further five minutes down the historic zig-zag path. Mermaid Bay is perfect for a dip in the sea, with the Cafe open most days through the summer. A further stroll will take you to the harbour and Sunny Sands with its sandy beach, ice creams and fish & chips. Folkestone has many lovely restaurants and cafes of all kinds from the high end Rocksalt at the harbour to nearby Brew which does brilliant breakfasts and lunches and is a few minutes away from Lepine. Trains: Lepine is a few minutes walk from Folkestone Central Rail Station on the High Speed route from London St Pancras (55 mins), Stratford International (47 mins) and Ashford International (17 mins). This train line is the main route to Dover, Deal and Margate further along the coast. The slower train route runs from Charing Cross and London Bridge and takes approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Car: The M20 is a few minutes drive away, Junction 13. Bus: Buses to Canterbury, Dover, Hythe and further afield run very regularly either from the bus stops near Lepine or from the bus station in town. Walking: All of Folkestone can be easily accessed on foot from Lepine.
