Our establishment has been thought and designed to bring you a change of scenery, but also the feeling of being at home. The apartment "l'Alternative", as its name suggests, allows you to be at home, but also elsewhere. It offers you both the comfort of its equipment and the originality of an atypical setting. Its large bay window will allow you to enjoy the sun without moving. Located in the heart of Annecy, you forget the car to immerse yourself in the narrow streets, bridges and other arcades that will compose the decor of your holiday. Everything is close by, the Old Town, the New Centre, the Cultural Sites, not to mention the Lake surrounded by magnificent mountains, where you can at leisure, refresh yourself, walk, rest in peace and admire the majestic landscapes. Coming to "l'Alternative" is a must, for a change of scenery guaranteed.
Coming from a commercial background, particularly in the hotel and restaurant business, my whole life has been marked by human contacts. Meeting, exchanging, sharing, is a mantra, which has nourished and enriched me, not to mention my interest in decoration and art, particularly pictorial, modestly at my level. It is therefore with great pleasure that I welcome my clients, to share with them the beauties of our region, and to bring them a happy interlude in their everyday life. My clients particularly appreciate the centrality of the place, the sympathetic view of the river "Le Thiou", the Bishopric Gardens still magnificently flowered by the care of the City's technical teams, the typical canals of the Old City, the proximity of all the cultural interests of Annecy, as well as the lake. More prosaically, the shop Franprix and the bakery at 20 m allow them to stock up in case of an urgent "famine". The nearby Pharmacy, Bank and Post Office also provide great services for longer stays. Restaurants, bars are nearby, are there to help out in case of "acute phlegmite"...or not ! Everything is there here...
