The apartment Les Échoppes is located right in the center of Annecy in the old town, 100 meters from the lake, 500 meters from the train station and 50 meters from the tourism offices. Its on the second and last floor (no elevator) with a surface of 50 m2 (538 sq ft), renovated and perfectly fitted to host 4 persons. The apartment "Les Échoppes" includes: - A large entrance - A fully equipped kitchen (with a oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine) - One large bedroom (queen size bed 160*200cm) - One large living room divided in two: one side set up as a living room (with cable TV) and the other side prepared as a bedroom - One bathroom with a shower and hair-dryer - A cozy balcony giving on a courtyard - Highspeed Internet - 2 mobile and electric ventilators On one side, the apartment gives on one of the main street of the center while the other side gives on a small courtyard with a cosy balcony. A public parking (pay and secure) is available and the nearest exit is 50 meters away from the apartment.

Well located right in the center, you are able to reach most of the best restaurants in town within a few minutes walk. From Les Échoppes, you can do pretty much everything by foot, from walking and going to the main activities and interest points in Annecy to several hike in Le Semnoz. All public transportations are also within a couple minutes away from the apartment. If you are looking to explore the surroundings of the city, there are many spots and hikes that can be reached by car or by bicycle. You can rent a car at the train station and rent a bike 650 meters away from Les Échoppes.
