Antibes is a wonderful town along the French Riviera, and a good alternative to Nice as a base for a visit, especially if you want a more overall charming spot to bask in. Walking around is a delight, with lots of little surprises along the way. The Picasso Museum is excellent and well worth a visit. One restaurant that we particularly enjoyed was Le P'tit Cageot. Anyway, it is near the highway, if someone wants to move around to other places. Continental breakfast on a reservation and not included; it was good but might be improved. Solarium and a small pool on the rooftop. Very kind and helpful the night man.
