In the heart of Seville, next to the main monuments and the best tapas bars in the city. Perfectly connected with public transportation. This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort. Recently renovated to a high standard and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43 "TV with international channels, bluetooth speaker with base for mobiles and tablets (not included), comfortable sofa in the living room , Fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, milk and cookies), microwave, kettle, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete kitchenware. The room has a large comfortable bed with a light duvet and linen 100% cotton. You have at your disposal a Menu of pillows (all available in the room): viscera, fiber and quadrant of 65x65 that will make you have a magnificent break. In the bright and pleasant apartment there are two spectacular terraces with outdoor dining, shower, sun loungers, plants, seating area for drinks. One of them overlooks the famous Las Setas building.

The apartment is located in a privileged location a few steps from all the attractions and monuments of Seville. The building is placed in a pleasant typical Sevillan square: Plaza del Pozo Santo. Plaza de la Encarnación is 2 minutes away, La Plaza del Duque and Campana are 3 minutes walking and 10 minutes to Cathedral. From here you can enjoy walking the city on pleasant and amazing walks. Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket and a pharmacy. Discover Seville from the heart! From this central location you will not need public transport but if you wish, just 3 minutes away is Plaza Nueva where you can take the tram that connects with the main subway stop of Seville: Puerta Jerez. In Plaza de la Magdalena and in the Plaza del Duque de la Victoria both about 7 minutes walking, you can take most of the city's buses.
