A newly refurbished apartments in a renovated traditional Berlin’s building, with a beautiful layout, looking even generous by their high ceiling. The simple furnishing sets the flat with an individual touch and offers some stylish eye catcher. We have ensured that you will find all what you really need for your free stress stay in Berlin. The Buchholzer Straße is in itself one of the most quiet side streets between the Schönhauser Allee and Pappelallee streets with a full continuous outlook of beautiful classical facades of old buildings. The outside view from the apartment falls directly onto the lovely red brick architecture of the opposite street building.
In our own holidays we love to travel and are pleased about welcoming lacations beyond the mainstream. Our apartments are set up so that we would feel itself well.
Highlighted central location on the Hotspot Prenzlauer Berg (Helmholtzplatz, Schönauser Allee, Gethsemane Church, Kulturbrauerei, Mauerpark). Several cafes, bars, restaurants and trendy shops, in the whole area around the location where the apartment is located Full availability of public transportation to connect with the rest of Berlin with the Tram M1 and M12 (2 minutes from your front door) as well as the station Schönhauser Allee with U2, S41, S42, S8, S9 (5 minutes from your front door).
